1. You can add videos within the tour details as you wish.
2. Custom fields require customize code, if you’re familiar with coding and WP codex, it’s possible to do but you must aware it’s out of our support scope, so you must do it by your self or consider to hire a freelancer to do it for you instead.
3. You can check how it work as a customer: https://demo.goodlayers.com/traveltour/test-the-system/ . If you need more than, sorry, we don’t have it.
4. We don’t have sharing option in woocommerce, but I guess it can work with all party plugins for that purpose.
5. Yes, it’s possible as you wish.
6. Yes, our theme support for mega menus.

Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Paymill, Authorised.net and Stripe.
To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.
However, our dev can guide you the file names that you have to do customization. If you need the file name list, please open a ticket in our support site.

It will depending your hosting provider. Please make sure your hosting allow the wordpress mail function.
In Tourmaster > General > E-Mail Settings, could you fill system email different with admin booking and admin register then check it again? In some host provider, they don’t allow the email system and the rest is same email.

Hi. I have a tour whose price is 60usd adults and 48 usd children. When adding a package (option of children or adults) the price of adults gives me adds 5.40usd and that of children 4.32usd .. how can I solve this and that does not add that money ?.

We wish we could do that but the fact is that there are hundreds of payments out there and we don’t really have resources to integrate them all :/
In this case, you have to hire a code to implement it directly.
Sorry about that.
I mean, like how Woocommerce would accept payment gateway plugins. Maybe you can make your tour booking ‘extendable’ so we can connect other payment gateway.
The advise to have it coded seem not practical… if you would update the template version then we would need to have it re-code it again.

But think about it, your theme is fantastic, you have a super product that with a quick search in the comments we see that it does not have a functionality that I would say is even basic.
You would probably have sold more than twice as much if at least you had the different currency per tour.

just checked my website and i think there’s something wrong.
suddenly i can’t duplicate tour page with duplicate page plugin and can’t save template.

1. For duplicate, please use duplicate post plugin and enable tour post type in plugin setting.
2. For template, could you try increasing the “max_input_vars” php variable from 1000 to 5000 and see if this helps. ( If you aren’t sure how to do this, you may ask your hosting provider about this. ).
3. For the edit problem, you must update our theme to latest version.Please backup your site before update it. Please update your site with our instruction below:

Then try deactivate all third party plugins not relate with our theme while check the problem, may it’s plugin conflict case. Also, if you have more problems, please submit your ticket in our support system.

I’m not sure what you meant you not see, but the child theme will inheritance all the parent theme features, the different is when you change something in child theme then you update the parent theme, the customize still remain.
To use woocommerce, you must first install woocommerce plugin then check it again.
If you meant use woocommerce in tour system, please note it’s impossible because we aren’t support tour system work with woocommerce.

I really like this theme but the fact that am being forced to use a page builder they built themselves makes the decision of buying this theme tough. At least give support for Elementor page builder alongside your own page builder. Users should decide which one they will use, you don’t force your page builder on users.
Moreover, adding a tour could be easier with meta fields rather than using the page builder. I want something my clients could use to easily add tours rather than having to delete page builder elements they do not need anytime they are adding a new tour, this should be meta fields.
Add ELEMENTOR page builder support and see the number of users who will switch to your theme.

The only way to do this is to link the tour booking to specific url directly. Like this : https://demo.goodlayers.com/traveltour/tour/america-2-days-in-lake-tahoe/ (click on proceed booking button.)
However, note that with this way, you will not use the booking system from the theme.
