Do you have a working demo we can see this being used with elementor only? Is it possible to use both for certain pages?
If possible can you address the image sizes not displaying properly in their container size. This seems to be a common issue with alot of users that uses this theme. So my images aren’t blurry for different pages that shows the blog featured images differently. Thank you for all the hardwork and effort you guys put into making this truly an ultimate theme.

Thanks, I had to update the core. Just a heads up I believe there is a small bug with the filter On Sale or In Stock option. If I stock the On Sale option it shows ‘In Stock’ but if I select ‘In Stock’ it shows the ‘On Sale filter.

This is not a support request, I just wanted to let you know a few things about the theme.
1. Thumbnails on the product page are not loaded in the right size and they are actually the biggest size. This has a big impact on the performance and affects your score on the services like GTMetrix. You can easily address this by using “srcset”. It also avoids blurry images on retina displays.
2. When you choose “slider” for “Related products view”, for some unknown reason, it doesn’t use the standard woocommerce approach to pull the products and therefore you cannot use third party plugins to modify related products. For example, there’re plugins that allow you to choose related products based on specific attributes and not categories. You can’t use any of these plugins for the reason mentioned above.
3. Upsells slider also don’t use the same “hover on product” style as related products. As a suggestion, that would also be great to give us options to choose hover styles for related products/crosssell/upsells. 4. “Disable OWL Carousel script on mobile devices” does not work properly on mobile devices, it uses both CSS and JS approaches together! Please have a look into it.

3. We tested this and it takes the same hover as set in Theme Settings. It is the same for related and upsells products.

We are currently investigating this feature but don’t have any information yet. If it will be technically possible then it will be definitely implemented in one of our future updates. It may take quite a lot of time to create such a library for Elementor too.

Building a new website for client which consists off one page scrolling ID on the homepage. However, Full screen menu is being used for this project and as I’m using ID links to scroll to the pacific section of the page but the problem is that whenI click on the link on full screen menu I can see that it takes me to the section behind the menu but the menu is still visible and I have to X out of it. This is slightly in convenient for customers not to forget confusing, Is there any think I can add that will fix this issue so that when a customer clicks on a link on the full screen menu for one page scrolling ID that it will automatically close without the need of having to click on X

We usually use Yoast SEO plugin to change titles for such kind of pages and it works very well.

I updated theme and all icons switched around with each other interestingly and some icons went missing. This is not supposed to be a support request. Your theme is only supposed to work for 6 months?? Very disturbing.

There are files of your theme that loads where they are not necessary, for example when viewing the orders in the back-end loads this file colorpicker.css (for example) Please upload the js and css files where only needed. Thank you

I noticed that the product variations haven’t been deleted (still editable using bulk editors), but it’s just not being linked with all the parent products…
Our theme update doesn’t influence your WooCommerce product variations. Could you please check how it works with a default WordPress theme?
