Team Pagick, From this blog I understand that in search engine it will shows only registered countries, but mine website showing the same 5 default countries only… http://www.myaqad.com/ What am I missing?

Hi. Repeating? It was fixed but I see it repeats one time. Messages were repeating only for admin. For normal users, messages must not repeat. Please, login as a normal user and check a chat. It will be fixed fully.

The instant chat works on ajax (javascript) and when a home page is set. Please, check the homepage here: WordPress -> Settings -> Reading. Perhaps, some plugin breaks ajax. Try to disable all other plugins. Do you use a cache plugin? If yes, then do not minify javascript files. Some cache plugins cannot minify correctly.

Sound works in desktop browsers, but not in mobile. Soon it will be fixed.

I checked on both ways… as an admin and as well as normal user… both having problems. My website have almost crossed 350 registered users and I am getting complaints for the chat. I am only using one plugin for SSL. I think it has a problem on mobile devices only. But what about the instant chat, it was working 2 days ago perfectly but now it is having these issues.

1. No Instant Chat 2. Previous Messages Repeating 3. No notification is working for chat on real time.

I tried Theme installer as well but still no success. Can you please check at your end if this is working at your side perfectly or not. Otherwise I need to reinstall the theme and I need your guidance on reinstalling the theme without loosing my registered members.

Is it possible to insert this snippet – <?php echo do_shortcode(“[{ip:countryFlag}{ip:countryName}]”); ?> – into the users profile page. Just after city and country. The snippet will show country flag and name!

I’m using IP2Location Tags plugin. I want users to be able to see the other users, country flag and name on their profile! Because, I’m the only one, who can see their real location!

But I think I need your help with this one! Because if I insert it, into the wrong place, the whole site will break down. :)

Thanks for the help. I was actually looking in the wrong place. Here is were I looked: public_html/wp-content/themes/datebook/single-profile.php

But I’m sorry to say, that it didn’t work anyways. (Not even in the – Shortcode in Menus plugin!!) It only shows the text itself and It only works, in a widget. And here, it only shows your own location, of course.

I don’t know, if you have any solution, regarding this snippet or the issue??

Hi Carsten. This shortcode must work in any file of theme or plugin. But now I cannot say why it does not work. As I know WordPress shortcodes do not work absolutely everywhere. May be this is that case. Thank you

Hi again. I found a problem. You added a custom field “Gender” with a slug “gender” here WordPress -> DateBook -> Custom Fields. This slug is reserved by the registration form, not custom fields. Thus, gender in custom fields made some confusion in search. I replaced this field by the “wishtomeet”. Now the search works properly. Thank you for the access.

yes the regions dont show up ex. i have members from the netherlands it never shows regions, cities from the netherlands . how does this work?

cuz people should see regions cities from the netherlands in Search but it dont show up.

yes. the search form must show only those regions and cities where profiles were registered

No way to add bulk. We could add additional bulk form but it requires some time. May be later it could be added after some planned tasks done.

Hi Pagick. I have a question. I need to know if the users are renewed each time period? for instance if i say 20 users per 24 hours charged by the week. Does that mean they can only talk to 20 users for the week, or can they chat with 20 users every day during the weekly time period?

Hi rinsanada. No. If you set 20 users per 24 hours then every day a user can contact maximum 20 NEW users. For example: if yesterday a user sent messages to 20 users, then today he can send messages to another 20 NEW users. I say NEW because yesterday users are not counted. So now today, totally he can contact 40 users (yesterday + today).

Hi Pagick. Just a quick question. Is there a way to hide profiles, without a profile picture. Especially, on the searching page? But I think, that users without a profile picture, shouldn’t be shown at all! Have a nice weekend..

Hi privatdanish. You cannot hide profiles without images on the search page. But this possibility will be added in the next updates. The search page displays all profiles with images and without. But you can force users to upload images here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Profile tab -> Users must upload a photo before using the website. Thank you. And you too have a nice day :)

Hello Pagick I can see you have made changes and Brizy is working fine now. But there is the problem with serch option on front page. When you choose Country and after regions do not load. It loads without to load any region. Can you please check? Best Regards seedsgallery@hotmail.de

Please, follow my considerations:

1- I realize the calendar on Place a tour and Edit tour is showing the weeks like this: “Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun Mon Tue”. Is it possible to change it for: “Sun Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat”?

2- My Form profile is getting too long. Do you have a plan to ad something like an accordion system to divide this Form in multiple sections or steps? I think everybody will love it.

3- Could it be great if you add matching by percentage of affinity. Please, think about it ;)

Regarding the Gender filter! Would be highly appreciated. However I think it’s gonna be a tricky one. Because, if you have genders seeking their own gender. Like gays, lesbians, ladyboys and bisexual.

So I think, you need more that 1 option! But I’m looking forward to these options.:)

1. So if a user register as a man or woman – and they are heterosexual. They should only be able to see the opposite gender.

The first option is more or less easy. I have this option on my Buddypress site! Now comes the tricky ones!

2. If a user register as a woman – and they are Lesbian. She should only be able to see lesbians!

3. If I a user register as a man – and they are Gay. They should only be able to see Gays!

4. If a user register as a man or woman – and they are Bisexual. They should only be able to see Bisexual or maybe both genders?

4. If a user register as a man. – and they are a ladyboy/shemale. They should be able to see men, looking for a ladyboy/shemale!

All these option are actually available on the register page. Now you just need some coding. Good luck. :)

Hi Pagick, I’ve found a really severe bug unfortunately.

When user A deletes his profile. His messages will stay in the table “wp_datebook_private_messages” with his rcpid / senderid which are his user-id.

When a new user B registers, he might get the user-id of A and therefore he sees also the messages of the deleted user A in his own messages section.

This is because the user-id of A is deleted and can be given to a new user after registration.

The error could be fixed when all messages of the deleted user will also be deleted completely.

Can you help here please?

Hi Pagick, sorry for the confusion. You are right with user_id due to Auto_Increment in the table :-) I was testing an existing user by mistake.

But apart from that, it would be great if the messages of the deleted user would also be deleted in the database. Thus, you can keep the database lightweight and also due to data protection rules (GDPR).

By the way, it’s not a crucial issue but…if a user has favorited the deleted user, the number will still show next to favorites, although the user doesn’t exist any more. It might be the same with number of blacklisted users as well. It’s only the number that is still showing.

Hi Bobby-s. Messages of deleted users must be kept for a second chat user until this second chat user deletes this chat correspondence completely. Otherwise, when the second user tries to read the correspondence he would see a chat with only his messages. It would look like a broken chat. But, I will add a new option for administrator to decide to delete messages right after a profile deleted or not.

I will check favorites after profile was deleted. Thank you very much for your informative researches :)

This is patterns for featured profiles. They are located here: wp-content/plugins/datebook/assets/images/patterns. Just remove them or replace with your ones. In the next updates this feature will be improved

Dear how do I do so that only registered users can see a profile or when they enter to see a profile they get a notice that they have to register to see that profile, the same to do searches to promote registrations

This must be set here: WordPress – DateBook – Dashboard – Login and Register tab – Non-registered users cannot

I have upload to new update 4.4.3 and up till now i haven’t find any error but i notice after i Enable the simulation of chat and i created a new set of demo user its not still sending the auto message to user and i set the min and max time…. What’s the solution to that

Hi RealProgrammer. The simulation of chat is not completed yet. It is still under development. Some logic is needed: how it should work, when demo profiles should send messages, to whom, how many times and so on. Thank you for kind words :)

The demo admin does not work, authorization with a demo login and password does not occur. I need to see the admin panel before buying.

Server has some limits and because of it, the demo website does not work properly. I need to change some settings on hosting server. I hope demo admin panel will work today later.
