Hello, I was wondering if your system can handle recurring donations BTW is it possible to use other payment systems appart of Paypal? (i.e. PayU Latam)

Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Paymill, Authorised.net and Stripe. To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.
About recurring option, only Paypal supports this feature.

Which plugin is used for donations

We don’t use third party plugin for that. We create our own system.
When we buy the template, could you help us create an additional field at the time of donating in which the donor user can make an additional and direct donation to the brand? For example. $ 25 for the cause you want to support and $ 10 for the website and have this information displayed like this on the receipt.

1. We only have Cause Author role, if you need more than that, you need create it with third party plugins.

3. You can’t control the payment in dashboard, it’s require handle it in payment gateway website instead.
4. Unfortunately, the events come from third party plugins and we don’t have an option to auto send mail as your wish.
5. To add other payment types, you must hire a freelancer to do it for you because it’s a big work and we don’t provide support for it.
6. It’s handle directly in payment gateway website like PayPal and for the credits card option, we’re integrate it from payment gateway docs with require API to secure for all payments, so the payment info don’t store in dashboard and you must check it in payment gateway website.
7. I don’t understand well this kind of question. You mean show notification for those transactions successful? If it’s, when someone payment you, you will get notification through email about it.

Currently the recurring payment system on this is bugged. I’m in a position where I cannot launch our new charity website, as it notifies the customer 3 times when setting up and cancelling a recurring payment, each time telling them they have paid. It sends an email and a notification when the agreement is setup, the payment is made and the agreement is cancelled. It clearly triggers the payment notification when the agreement is setup and cancelled, as only the payment one has a transaction ID.
Naturally this would be a terrible experience for the user, as they will think they have paid 3 times, when in fact they have only paid once. It also adds this to their login dashboard as multiple payments.
I have raised a support ticket, but I’m not really getting anything back. They mention the dev will look at it but I’ve heard nothing 12 hours later. This means I’m struggling to get this site live and our other site is currently down as it was planned to be switched over until this problem was discovered.
I would be careful buying this if you are planning to use the recurring payment system through Paypal, until it is fixed.

Our charity club gets one time payments (as donation) as well as we get regular payments by sponsors (one person that says: I have a child and for this child I want to donate regularly, I think is called sponsor) -> so we want to have two options, either for one time payment (via bank, paypal, credit card, etc.) and regular payments from this sponsors;
As well as I would like you to ask if there’s a thank you page after somebody donated?
We’re just fascinated by the modern appearance of your theme and what to combine this with our ideas, so this important to ask

I’m not really if it fits your requirement or not but I would say this way.
Donator can choose to donate one time via Paypal and Credit cards .. or choose to recurring donate via Paypal as shown in the demo site. (Credit card doesn’t support recurring payment.)

Is there any way for the membership system to be separate from the donation system? So that we can have people that aren’t donors create accounts for things like submitting applications or documents instead of donating. Just wanted to know if this was possible to use the membership system to do, even if it takes customizing it ourselves.
