And one more thing I have noticed when we type in search filed it gives suggestion, but when we select suggestion it gets selected, instead we want to know can it direcly search when selected from the search list. Now it becomes selected and need to click on search

i got another quote from wpsqr and the quote is 1250$. this is really way too high. I am only requesting that since my directory searching is for manufacturer and distributor listing.so whatever product they add under menu should be searchable

Also, you must be aware that any modification to search feature that may result in search performance issues. Depending on how many listings you have your search query will have to go to each listing and then look for each menu item from 100s of 1000s of items. Unless you plan to run on AWS or similar server this might be problematic. You should definitely look into this before getting it built.

This is one of the best themes we have worked with. The functionality is incredible, support is great too. Design and ease of use is spot on too – well done
But, guys….you really need to do something about Reviews. Having reviews automatically being posted and submitted to the site about a business is VERY bad. Reviews have to be moderated and approved before being published to a live website.
Bad language, poorly written reviews, spelling mistakes and incorrect information can be submitted and do significant damage to a listing.
I have a site and a listing is now threatening me with legal action because of some falsely written reviews by a competitor. His business has suffered as a consequence. This will damage my business and it’s reputation. It will also have consequences to others who use your theme too.
Please consider this.

There is also a consideration of copyright too. I now have reviews being posted which have been copied from another website, which I did not know about.
As my site is not live yet I am not seeing spam being posted – but I know this will happen once it is live.
I know other users have requested that reviews are to be moderated and approved so please can you advise if this is being considered and if so when are we likely to see this as part of an update?

Do you have plans to make
1. a comprehensive/multiple booking feature, like for hotel, doctor, saloon, car rental.
2. And a very important feature on a user profile MY BOOKINGS. This will show all booking history for a user. For now since there is no this feature , user need to manually keep record while system was supposed to do this.
Guys Please try to make this feature perfect.
3. Since the feb release you are just fixing bugs until today. That means there is no any new feature needs to be added or users are not recommending any new features? That means you are not doing proper tests before release.
4. Now i see instead of releasing new features, you are selling addons. I think this is your target now.
5. What i believe, users have alot of new recommended features presented to you but you just choose to ignore them. And focus on paid addons.
6. Users requested for a mobile app almost for years now. If you think its hard for you to handle this, just provide Api so as we can easily create our own apps.
Thank you, I love listingpro thus why i spend my time understanding it, and advise where needed. If you find my advice helpful you can take it, but if you think its rubish you can also ignore as usual.
You always wait to have many new features for a single release thus why many bugs happen and it takes you longer times to fix and thus why you also take longer to release new features.
Your last release with new features was on january, since then you are just fixing bugs.

I am interested in your theme because there is a very good look and feel but I can’t find a live website really convincing. I found a page on your site with some example like ‘topgoogle’ but even this one, make me feel like it is more a marketing/selling live demo from you : look, who is going to name its directory website containing the name of one of the most used website of the world ? Doesn’t look truly viable, isn’t it ? I picked up some listings from it, like “Lashes By Krissy Northern Beaches” and copy pasted the name in google, I never found it. I am really not sure about the efficiency and accuracy of the directory. As you can see, I am a bit skeptical, can you reassure me answering those questions :
1/ Would you have a list of live websites that, after visiting it, I could project myself saying “well, I need to buy it” ? Finally the same feeling I had the first time I found your theme before going deeper.
2/ How many businesses the biggest directory site using ListingProWP is handling ? I know you will say it all depends of the hosting used but what is the URL the biggest website using your theme ?
3/ As a directory theme, one main feature is the multilingual functionnality but you said you didn’t test it with WPML which is one of the most powerfull/known/used/installed plugin for internationalization. How is it possible ? While your demo site is showing places and businesses all over the world ? Would you have a live website using WPML to show ?
4/ I have watched the video about appointments system. This looks to be working only for very specific cases. Like for instance, if there are listing for yoga classes, barber shop or hairdresser (let’s say, it is up to 10 people at the same time which is quite common), how the listing owner can allow multiple booking on a single time slot ? Also, how can 1 person books multiple time slots without submitting multiple booking forms ?
To sum up : I feel like Listing Pro is designed for a little/middle town targetting people from the same country looking for private classes or very little businesses. Would you agree with this statement ?

Topgoogle is one of our users and it’s a real directory that is already monetizing. We cannot monitor every custom and the quality of their listings but we can assure you its a real website run by a real person.
1/ I mentioned the link above but if you are looking for a site in a specific industry i can try to find and share with your privately.
2/ Sorry we don’t keep track of site listings. There are several websites with several thousands of listings. A good example is Yell.rs – Official YellowPages Serbia is using ListingPro.
3/ WPML integration is planned for near future. Once we official announce the integration we will share examples.

OpenStreetMaps is now included to display maps as archive page map or on listing details page (address/direction map) etc. Only for the advance Location Search features, or during Listing Submission (Add Location by Google) you will need a Google Maps API.
