Ok.. so I signed up for this support page of yours but my questions are still unanswered. All I got was somebody asking me for my website login and telling me you can’t answer my simple questions without those credentials which is totally unacceptable!!!

Thank you even though I have no idea what you want to explain with this screenshot. In the Header Footer Settings menu I have no options I could change or activate and in the Banner Settings menu are no possible settings to change the background gradient color when switching to mobile.

Hello. I have installed the Appal creative theme on my website (http://www.getmargot.com). It’s still in progress, but I updated Wordpress and plugins today and the Pricing page seems totally broken. It looks fine during the preview in edit mode, but then the pricing table is broken when seen as a visitor. This is one of the key pages I need for my website. Please help, I need this fixed ASAP. I fixed my earlier problem, but after uploading the theme and activating it, it looks nothing like what you advertised. It is just a blue square with white at the bottom
This video is outdated I believe. There is no place for me to “download all plugins.” When I activate the theme it simply says theme active

Go to all Pages and Click on Edit with Elementor then you will see edit options
On the All Pages section there is no page for the main home page, the orange app landing exclusive page

The “Appal Options” has disappeared from the menu side bar. It’s not showing anywhere. My footer content has changed to default. The animation on the header with two people sitting has disappeared automatically.
I don’t know what’s going on. Can you please check this as soon as possibly. It’s really urgent.

I think there are two different types of headers each for home page and other pages. Which I can’t edit from elementor page editor. can you tell me how to edit these headers and their background color?

Sincerely, I don’t understand you . What I’m asking is the way to use the SCSS file you add in the theme. If I use it “standard” as I pasted, it generates a corrupt stylesheet file since the header is broken. So, in a fresh install, how can we use the SCSS in order to generate stylesheets based on the variables file?
Besides, in your original scss files you use Roboto font, and in your style.css (originally from the package) you use Quicksand.
So, the SCSS files are not the SAME that you used to generate the “officlal” style.css you put in the theme folder.

PLEASE, can you just explain how to use the SCSS system you used it to generate the final styles.css ? Using the typical command to generate it does not match with the one you published it.
I know about sass … again … just to show what is happening : you are publishing an style.css generated by other rules than the ones in variables. There’s no way to compile the sass and obtain what you had
We added some codes in Style.css in WordPress Version but most of the code into sass. This theme not completely a sass theme
