1. Only admin can create Zoom meetings and add it to the lessons.
2. Admin can set the commission for all courses. Instructor will see his income in profile page.
3. Yes, you can use any payment gateway supported by WooCommerce.

I’ve installed the “WooCommerce Payment Methods Integration“, now in my courses I have the “Add to cart” button.
When I add to cart some course, I get now the option to go to cart, and it takes me to the cart.
So far, so good. Now, in my cart, I get the “Proceed to checkout“ button, which takes me to the checkout page, and there’s where the problem is, in this page I don’t have any payment options, I get the error “No payment methods is available.”. Despite of having PayPal and Direct bank transfer options activated in WooCommerce.
Do you know why I don’t get the WooCommerce payment options?
I’m running: WordPress 4.9.13 – Eduma 4.2.8.4 – LearnPress 3.2.7.2 – WooCommerce 3.6.4 – LearnPress – WooCommerce Payment Methods Integration 3.2.0.

Please go to your Dashboard => LearnPress => Settings => Payment. Check if you have enabled WooCommerce payment method.

1. The instructors can create courses in the backend. If you use our Frontend Editor add-on, instructors can create courses without access the Dashboard. You can create course on our Demo page: https://demotheme.thimpress.com/ by hover DEMO => Frontend Course Editor.
2. We don’t support mobile app.

I’m using the theme eduma and the webpage takes over 5 seconds to load. According to wordpress, they say that it’s the theme that it’s causing this issue. Since it has been quite a while since I’ve bought this theme so I cannot use the support centre (which I don’t understand why support license even expires..). Is this normal? What they tell me is that it’s loading an 85kb index file when the page loads where most index files should take 14kb – 40kb.

Hi, I have purchased the theme a while ago and am only using it now. The support period has expired, so I cannot report a basic functioning issue which should not require a support licence. When I imported the demo One Instructor the theme was broken. So I uninstalled it and imported another (online School), same thing, some pages of the theme are broken at both front end and in the Elementor back end. Can you pls advise since I can’t even start using the theme and cannot move forward. Thanks! NB: it is a pity that we cannot post on the forum without a valid licence (yet with a valid purchase code) since this does not require support from your part.

Hello, your New Demo EDU needs an update within the course section. It’s missing somethings that the main demo has that is also missing after import.
When you open up a course, if you compare it to the main edu demo site, it’s missing the collapse/expand arrow next to the title because of this the title is text is too close to the border. Also, the number of modules within that section is missing in the new edu demo.
Is there a setting to get the results to mimic the main demo or can you update this on your end? I’m trying to avoid any manual CSS/HTML modifications.

I created a ticket for an issue I am having and even chatted your support on Facebook but no proper response. They keep asking me to create a ticket when they have not responded to the one I created earlier.
I have successfully installed the theme and imported demo content. The problem I have is that ther is no link for Instructors to create courses. I have not bought the frontend course editor. I tried the demo site as an instructor and I could not add curriculum/units to the course.
On my site there is no link for Instructors to create courses. Am I required to buy the front end course editor before I can create courses?

Hey guys, hope you are well. I have a small problem with translation, it seems that some phrases are translated but it still appear in english. What should i do to uodate it all.
Exemple: Your quiz grade aprovado. The result is 100% (the requirement is 80%) = is translated and still appear in english and it is located in EDUMA theme and Learnpress plugin.

You can use Loco Translate plugin to translate it in Theme, Plugin … You can read here to know how to use Loco Translate: https://thimpress.com/knowledge-base/loco-translate-guide/
You can install that Plugin, then go to your Dashboard => Loco Translate => Plugin => LearnPress (or Theme => Eduma) => New Language
at Choose a language => Select your website Language (i.g English (United States)) at Choose a Location => Systems => check it
Start translating
Then it shows a translate template for you, you can find that word in the Filter box, then enter your changed word to the translation box => Save => Sync

To change the image in the body of 404 page, you need to go to wp-content\themes\eduma\images, then change the image named “image-404” to your image with the same name.
To change the text, you need to edit file: wp-content\themes\eduma\404.php, line 16.
