Thanks! You need to check hosting server logs as 503 error is related to server! We never experienced it on our dev also prod environment.

Hello, I purchased the theme and develop a website https://www.zengroup.co.in/
But it redirects HTTPS to HTTP once load. so how to stop redirection and options site on HTTPS.
In theme general setting I already use HTTPS
and in .htaccess file added
RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !=on RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301,NE]
Please advise me.

Yes i have SSH and file access as well. Its on AZURE bitnami wordpress. I made the changes in the wp-config.php as mentioned in the document. Kindly suggest if anything else need to be done.

After adding the dropdown menu the parent navigation item (Products & Services) is showing # link. We have added the relevant link on the parent menu item (Products & Services) but it is showing # link
