This is the intended behaviour of the template.
If you wish to show the reviews in the tabs you need to do the following:
1. Edit /framework/woocommerce_hooks.php and locate the function boldthemes_woo_remove_product_tabs.
Change the function to:
if ( ! function_exists( 'boldthemes_woo_remove_product_tabs' ) ) {
function boldthemes_woo_remove_product_tabs( $tabs ) {
//unset( $tabs['reviews'] ); // Remove the reviews tab
return $tabs;
}
}
2. Edit woocommerce.php and comment out (change it to)
//get_template_part( 'views/comments' );
We strongly suggest that you override both the function and the woocommerce template in the child theme so you would not have to do it each time you update the main theme.

This probably means that you have not the second part.
Please edit woocommerce.php in the root of the theme, locate
get_template_part( 'views/comments' );
and change it to:
//get_template_part( 'views/comments' );
This should be around line 21 of woocommerce.php

Thanks that worked, we changed the code in another woocommerce.php and think that’s what caused the error.
Just on another issue how can we remove the categories on the product title as adjusting in admin doesn’t get rid of it. You can see here https://www.picklespets.co.uk/product/ancol-travel-water-bottle-750ml in the product title is the category TRAVEL

We tend not to add separate option for each detail in every single template – it would be impossible to cover them all and it would make the theme slower and harder to manage.
All details which can be dealt with using one line of css will be left as they are now

Ok great thanks, with regards to the my account orders page the action buttons are currently listed singularly in one column so its one button underneath the other.
Is there a way to show them under 2 columns so 2 buttons next to each other as with a few buttons it gets quite long and takes up a lot of space.

Hi, there is only one Bella demo but with different homepages. All homepages are imported with Bella demo, so you should be able to use any of them (look for pages named Home 01, Home 02, Home 03 in WP admin).

I got an email that there is an update, how do I apply the update without breaking anything on our website? thanks
This is how you can do it in WordPress 5.5:
1. Go to the Appearance » Themes page and then click on the ‘Add New’ button at the top.
2. Click on the Upload Theme button to upload your theme zip file. WordPress will automatically detect the existing theme and will give you the option to ‘Replace current with uploaded’ version.
but it will not delete or change whatever we already setup, right?
All settings should stay unchanged (anyway, it is always recommended to create a backup before major updates).
Hi since woocommerce and your recent update our products page now shows a 4 grid layout when the default is supposed to be 3.
How can we change back to 3 as there are no configurations in the admin to show this.
This will be fixed in upcoming update, probably today or tomorrow.

You need to pinpoint the cause of 500 Error. Please turn on the WP Debug option on your WordPress instance to see what exactly causes the error – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/
Alternatively you can take a look at the php error log on your server and see what exactly is the cause of 500 error once you activate WooCommerce.

Hi
Today i viewed the theme on a large screen and found some parts of the page distort, mainly the unique shaped items with pets.
All other parts of the page align in the center but the shapes get bigger and move to the edges of the screen and looks distorted.
I thought it may have just been my site so checked the demo and that does exactly the same. My current page width is on default and using the buddy theme.
Any ideas how to align this and make it look better on bigger screens.
