Any timeframe for adding this option? So user location is automatically selected?

Hi, i am quite impressed and ready to purchase but i wanted to confirm that how location is set? like do you ask for users location when they visit the site? so we can show them ads from that place or is there an option that way it check the ip location and assessing that ip location it shows user ads? if the theme have any of the above feature rather then selecting location manually
