1. Go into Real Estate 7 Options > Homepage > Layout Manager Only enable the “Elementor” block

2. Then go to the Elementor sub panel right there and set the page you’d like

Its due to your server timing out on the demo import process, keep in mind my demos have a TON of very large images which take some time to download depending on the server resources. Did you make sure to check https://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/docs/installation-demo-import/#theme-requirements before running the wizard, you’ll need to make sure your PHP settings are correct as outlined in the documentation.

Thanks for the details. I am using unlimited bandwidth package. And there are multiple websites running on my server without any performance issue.

Secondly, I don’t want to be too much technical when it comes to using a premium product, because I want 1 click solution what other premium products are giving me.

Lastly, I observed that your theme is best suited for North American Real Estate market which is not my primary business zone.

So, considering everything I would like to request for a refund, if it is possible. Because, I need to look for an alternative solution anyway. And also I am willing to send you the proof that I am not using or re-distributing your theme after a refund.

Your server just needs to be setup per the requirements outlined in the documentation, please see the link in the previous reply, your hosting provider can help you out with that. Once it’s completed just follow the steps to reset and run the setup wizard.

The theme can be used for anywhere around the globe, also comes translated in 37 languages.

Just for demo import I need to consult my hosting provider!!?? That’s getting too much.

1. I created a subdomain and ran a fresh installation according to your documentation.

2. During the import installation it does not say that I have a limited source of any kind to import the demo. If I go for technical aspect, then I should be notified the drawbacks my server has during the installation process. But instead it shows that the import is successful.

3. My language does not belong to that 37 languages you are talking about.

All in all, I am not satisfied with your product and I don’t want to prolong this conversation. Additionally, I will be happier if you make the refund. Thanks.
