Can you go to Elementor -> Settings -> Features and set the “Upgrade Swiper Library” setting to “Active” and save the settings at the bottom to see if that fixed the issue?
You might have to press CTRL + F5 while on the homepage to hard refresh the page.

Thank you. Unfortunately it is not the solution. The slider has the navigation arrows but does not slide and does no longer show the text of the first slide.

Could you try the following as well?
- Navigate to Elementor -> Tools and press the “Regenerate Files & Data” button
- Make sure to clear/purge all caches from any caching plugin you might have installed
If the issue still remain after doing above steps is there a chance you could send me a message through the contact form on our profile page with a link and login to the website. I’ll have a closer look to figure out what’s going on.

Thank you. It did the trick (in combination with updating the Thermen Toolkit, not very visible it was required because it was not with an color accent or so). Have a nice day!

I am getting this alert and my store pages dont work. Your theme (Thermen QT) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.
My theme is the latest version. How do I fix this?

I’ve checked the WooCommerce template files in the theme folder but the file that WooCommerce label as outdated is because the version number is missing, the actual code in the file is up to date. We will add the version number to the file in the upcoming theme update, thank you for mentioning.

Yes, users can register with their email address and login to check their upcoming appointments they’ve booked. They need to login every time they would like to book a new appointment. (Registered or guest bookings is an available setting).
Unfortunately we don’t have a demo of the admin side of the theme, I’m sorry.

The theme is definitely not abandoned. In fact, the latest update was released begin this month.
We’re not aware of a PHP 8 compatibility issue. Did you have updated the theme including all installed plugins on your end? You should be able to change these colors within the theme customizer under Appearance -> Customize -> Layout.& Colors

Hi, great theme, thanks! I noticed that the page heading title is big (originally 50px) and cannot be adjusted to mobile version with smaller font-size. I have tried redusing the page title fontsize to 35px, but still having problems with page title word dividing to two lines. How can I give a separtate page title fontsize for a mobile-version?

will it work with dokan multivendor plugin ?

Thank you for your interest in the theme.
The theme comes with WooCommerce by default but we never tested it with Dokan. I just installed the Dokan lite plugin on my local theme install and everything seems to work fine. I do need to say that you can only use the default settings of the Dokan plugin, the theme itself don’t have any custom options for Dokan.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Fantastic Theme. One flaw however! The “Facility Carousel” is broken. As soon as you add a link, the titles and Roll-overs break. Everything else is very nice!

The appointment calendar, and contact form as well, on our theme demo won’t actually send out the appointment emails. Obviously if you run the theme on your own website it will do.
If you would like to know how the email looks like that you receive when making an appointment you can test this on this link.

There is no ‘successful message’ on our theme demo because we don’t have set any.
You can create a new page that contain a message like that and then select that page within the settings of the appointment calendar. So you will be redirected to that page after the appointment has been successfully booked.
