3. Yes, Vodi uses WordPress’s custom post types to add cast and crew.
4. No, we do not have this feature.

It is possible that the page for uploading videos is the same within the administrative panel. Esotu saying this, because I use the video jetpack, and the videos are only converted to the server if sent directly from wp-admin

1-3. Our theme does not include a video player. If you are uploading your media to WordPress server, our theme will use WordPress’s default video player generated by video shortcode: https://wordpress.org/support/article/video-shortcode/
However, there are many popular video player plugins for WordPress which provides subtitle and other advanced option which you can use. Different video players provide different set of features. Please make sure to choose a video player that checks all your requirement and then use it with our theme.
4. Our theme does not interfere with SEO as it is plugin territory but our theme is compatible with many popular SEO plugins which you can use without any issues.

1. Vodi Theme does not have any in-built players for video or audio. It uses WordPress’s default player for uploaded videos. You can use any third-party video player plugins and use it with our theme.
2. Vodi is not compatible with Elementor.

It would be very nice if a download bottom could work for non hosted videos. I would really appreciate that if you could incorporate that in the next update.
Where i could provide a link and when a user press’s on download it would download the series or movie. just like it does with hosted videos.

- Our theme is compatible with Ultimate Video Player plugin however we should add shortcode to integrate it with our theme. We have option in theme to add shortcode.
- Sorry our theme is not compatible with WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin.
- AMP and PWA features not added in theme. You’ll have to rely on third-party plugins for this feature. Please note that third-party plugins are outside of support scope.

I would be happy to test out the theme – but I would still need/like to know what the “link syntax” would be to display ONLY movies/videos for “This Week,” “This Month” and/or “Last 3 Months.” What would the link look like to display ONLY movies/videos for “This Week” and not “The Last 3 Months” on the “movies/videos” archive page.
Is it possible to reconfigure the “Movies List” block for VIDEOS?
In other words, the site I will be developing is primarily a video-on-demand type site – it will not be offering movies. I REALLY LIKE the “Movies List” block (with the “Top 9” list), but would like it to be for VIDEOS (with the image displays to be the landscape size for videos).
I’m REALLY hoping this is possible – so that the block pulls from VIDEOS rather than movies. Is it possible or can the code be modified for such/

We currently does not have block like “Movies List” for Videos. We can use “Movies List” block movies only however we will add this requirement to our roadmap.
We does not have filter for movies in action links. This is link option we can add any text and any link here. We cannot filer movies based on this titles(“Last 30 Days”, “This Week”).

As a constructive comment/suggestion … It’s a little misleading within your demo to show “Action Links” on video/movie blocks such as “Today,” “This Week, ‘This Month,” and “Last 30-Days” when there is actually no way to set the links to filter/sort by those options.
Might be something you want to consider working on/coding/updating so that “sorting/filtering” links such as that actually CAN be used.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. I understand your requirement. However this can be realised using a eCommerce platform like WooCommerce. The theme is not built for WooCommerce and hence you cannot use this theme to sell videos.
If you are looking only for restrict access, you can use the theme with Ultimate Membership Pro or Restrict Content Pro or any other third-party plugins to achieve subscriptions feature.
