This gap is a theme bug it should be displaying correctly. This should not be a coding job for me to fix.

The email will only be fired if new listings are published to the site.

I have added no listings on my site and yet the alert emails are still coming everyday. Can you please look into this on your end.

Easiest is to use the free Loco Translate plugin create an English “translation” file then you’ll be able to change any of the themes strings to whatever you’d like same goes for my Contempo Real Estate Custom Posts plugin or theme. You need to have the WP Favorite Posts plugin activated, go into Appearance > Install Plugins, please do read through the documentation and watch the videos as well. It’s also best to start with a demo instead of a blank site as you’re doing so you can see how everything works.

Go into your WordPress admin > WP favorite Posts > set the favorites page, if you don’t have since you didn’t import a demo you’ll need to make one refer to https://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/docs/custom-page-templates/

Again you should reset and choose a demo during the setup wizard.

You can only have it enabled under one of the two areas, not both.

See previous reply, also the header search is only designed to have up to 5 fields enabled, the rest you enable under the Global Options and they’ll show under “More”

I now have only 4 fields and still the ‘additional’ field is not reflecting in frontend. I cleared my cache. Also some global option fields are not reflecting in ‘more’

The additional field will not show in the header search it displays a ton of checkboxes which will break the display, you’ll need to enable it under the “Global” or “More” area, reference previous reply.

Morning, sounds like you have a caching plugin make sure to clear/purge that otherwise the front end changes wont show, usually there’s a menu item in the top dark gray admin bar, something like “Purge Cache” or similar to do that.

Also, clear your browser cache with shift+refresh

It’s because you have it enabled in both areas the slider can only be enabled once otherwise the JavaScript that controls will error and it won’t be shown.

That screenshot just shows the header search fields, but that’s the only reason it wouldn’t show if you’re trying to load the field for both areas, unless you have script conflicts. If that’s the case you’ll need to deactivate any non-required plugins and test.

If that’s the case what would be classified as non-required plugins? Do you mean find any plugins that i am not using and deactivate them to test.

Can’t really tell you which plugins would cause a conflict you’ll need to do some detective work and deactivate them one by one and test, this is an isolated problem with your clients site.
