Hi, I need to set up the cron job so that the iCal connections are synced automatically. I can see where to do this in my cPanel but don’t know how to write the command. Who can I get to set this up? Is this something you could do?

Soho Hotel supports syncing via iCal, so if your software supports this then yes you can sync.
Examples of desktop software which supports iCal would be the Calendar app (on Mac) or Microsoft Outlook (on Windows).

CAN’T FIND blocked dates ANY MORE
HI nICK, since I’ve updated I CAN’T see the option to do blocked dates in a particular room.
Is it possible with the new theme version? I’ve added myself a fake booking to block a room using the booking ADD NEW feature but this is way much more difficult and slow than it used to be with the “blocked dates” feature.

2.) Block rooms it the payment is succesfull: If you’re receiving the payment via a direct bank transfer you would need to manually block the room
3.) and make the block on booking.com + Calendars connected to our booking.com plataform thru iCal: Yes the theme can sync booking data with booking.com or any other platform which supports iCal
4.) Send Confirmation Mail to the customer and to us: Yes the theme sends a confirmation email to the customer and website admin when a booking is placed

Before I purchase the theme can I ask a couple of questions please?
1) Customer will need a choice of either paying a deposit to secure booking or paying full amount. If Customer chooses the deposit then we take a deposit amount (fixed amount) when customer books online. Does you system handle automatic emails for reminding customer to pay remaining balance two weeks before booking. Send them a link to a payment page whics takes payment for the balance on account.
2) Can we incorporate a Check-in time after 1pm and check-out time before 10am, in to the booking process?

1.) You can setup the booking system to charge the full amount or a deposit. Yes an automated email is sent to the website admin and the guest when a booking is placed.
2.) The booking system handles online bookings only, physically checking in would be separate from this

Hi, one of my customer purchased the “Nice Hotel” theme for wordpress years ago. The theme was ok and the site working perfectly. There was a problem on the server and I had to restore a backup. The site works all right except 2 pages that give error when I try to change language. The site is multilingual and I use WPML plugin. I call the assistance of the WPML plugin, they did the debug the errors are due to the “Nice Hotel” template. They showed me the number line in the .php template files (e.g. nice_hotel / template-booking.php) etc. At the moment, unfortunately due to my customer’s company problems, they don’t have time to redo the new site with the new “Soho Hotel Booking” template. If I purchase the “Soho Hotel” license, can you see why the old “Nice Hotel” template is not working properly? Can you give support on the old “Nice Hotel” template? Wordpress 3.6 with nice hotel 1.9.2 is currently installed on the server. Thank you.

I made a test payment on your demo preview with a european card number (stripe test number)
When I push “submit” button, it doesn’t ask for “Strong Customer Authentication” instead other stripe plugins.
As I know, all payment without SCA failed (pending) and not good for ROI
Please, can you tell me more why after submit payment the authentication box doesn’t appear ?

I use differents payment system depend of project but you’d better switch on more “simple” solution like upgrading yours or third party like yours.
A simple box like Direct Stripe works perfectly.
Gamble on stripe, paypal too expensive.

I’ve gone with the simple solution of just integrating Stripe and PayPal directly into Soho Hotel in the past, but a lot of customers operate in all different countries and require many different payment gateways, so I think at this point WooCommerce is the best way to go.
