I installed the theme but it keeps on loading more than a minute to show the page !
Is there a way to import a customized theme from a subdomain to install in on the live website ? (from https://shop.kenzacaftan.com to kenzacaftan.com )
1. themeeditor settins you can export to csv file in backoffice and then import in backoffice
2. same for iqitmegamenu
3. same for iqitelementor page builder layouts
4. othere modules will require import/export directly in database by phpmyadnin

[ REVIEWS & COMMENTS] productcomments & IQITREVIEWS modules must be active together or IQITREVIEWS substitute the productcomments module (defautl prestashop)? There is no alert sent from IQITREVIEWS to check if there is a new comment to approve?

Hi, i don’t find a way to translate this Review tab: https://gyazo.com/0ec14f867f547246a33225cf1ee2a95f I’ve translated all the module in italian (if you want i can send the translation file) but the Tab is impossible to translate, i translate the Review term also in the theme without any success.
upgrade template to 4.3.4, there was some changes in trasnaltion of ps in latest version and you need to use 4.3.4 for latest tempalte version 1.7.6.7

there is no such issue by defaylt in warehouse, it will be caued by your modificatios or by some other 3 part module not included in template

seems the problem appear on the tablet if IqitThemeEditor – Backoffice > Menu > HORIZONTAL MENU > Background width = Full width If i choose default works but the menu is not wide
we use ps 1.7.6.7, php 7.2 theme version 4.3.2
Problem found:
margin and padding added if the menu is wide with these parameter make on the tablet version strange dimensions:

Im going to upgrade to PS 1.7, if i buy the new version of this theme then upgrade the theme files, i have to redo all the theme settings or is going to upgrade too and keep everything?

Hi, could you do something with IQITMEGAMENU plugin in your theme ? I updated theme today to 4.3.4 v. and it still says this plugin is not updated, and when I try update this, there is some error. How to fix this ? I don’t want to see this information there about update if it’s updated. Thanks
if you corecty upgraded to 4.3.4, after upgradind themeeditor module there should be no more notice about megamenu and mageamnu should have 4.0.0 version,
if you upgraded to 4.3.4 and you still have that notice that measn upgrade was not performed corectly,
(for example you had theme 3.3.2 and you used 4.3.3 to 4.3.4 upgrade folder instead 4.3.2 to 4.3.4)
Hm, I had 4.3.2 and I overwrote files by files from “4.3.2 – 4.3.4” folder, so I think I did it properly. I cannot downgrade this all as it will take many hours. And if I replace the whole module folder by folder from fresh 4.3.4 installation, does it help then? Or is there any other solution now, to fix this apart from downgrade and doing this one again?
did you went to backoffice > modules > module manager > modules upgrade? did you performed upgraded of each iqit module(iqitmegamenu will throw and error, but then if you upgrdare iqitthemedotir then notification will be fixed for menu)
how change/translate the “Address Complement” label in chechout customer form and where i can change/translate the “Social title” label in the user info form?

there is no such settins to set diffrent font famoly per device in theme, just size, so it must be the same except you added some custom css code

i thnikn you did not updated corectly your shop in past and you do not have corect version of blog module becosue blog works fine with googlesitemap generator
to fix, unzip quick install zip folder of theme, and from dependencies folder copy ph_simpleblog module folder to your prestahsop/modules folder and check if there is upgtade of blog module then and then try
I think it’s not that. Presta: 1.7.6.7 Warehouse: 3.4.3 Blog version: 1.7.2 (I was trying to update, but version was correct.) Gsitemap: 4.2.0
Still same errors in debug mode. In normal mode: 500 error.
I just double checked and it is ok on all my setups, check if you do not have any ovverides related to link or dispatcher classes
