Hello, I am wondering whether anyone else had the same issue.
I am having issues with STM Trophy and STMs News Tab components – they are not displayed correctly anymore. Used to work well.
IN “News Tab” Post Categories are not displayed as per theme’s design – just 3 rows of plain text instead of styled tabs. Creating from scratch does not help.
“STM Trophy” list all over the place altogether: images text. Strangely enough when I run inspect in Chrome or Edge it “resets” itself properly. Creating from scratch does not help.
I tried tried to clear cache(all of them), disabled all plugins including cache one but still no luck.

There is no any restriction on our testing environment with both of the mentioned elements. Try to recheck via activating parent theme. Moreover, make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme

Thanks for feedback. I am on the latest version of the theme 4.2 and all files are the exact match to the source from themeforest. I have only SportsPress code (one file) in child theme. I moved STM Trophy component to be on the first (active) tab on a page instead on an inactive one and that solved the problem. Speaking of “New Tab”, I am wondering whether it can be some kind of stylesheets – Chrome’s inspect shows more STM css instructions when I look at the same section of the demo site. Is there a way to check/verify it somehow ?

If you will detect the same issue on our live sites and provide the link, we will be able to provide the issue to our testing department and fix the issue if we will detect the restriction from the theme default templates

Demo content looks good – no issues there. I just can’t figure out why it stopped working for me over the sudden.
Please try to deactivate your extra plugins one by one and check those elements.

Hello, I am wondering what has happened with my last comment here. It was under “under review” for some time and then was gone. I had a test case described here of a clean WP and Splash only install where I was able to reproduce both issues I mentioned. No other plugins involved.

Just FYI. There are a few .stm-media-tabs sections missing in the CSS file of the latest release of the theme. When I applied those from the prev version then STMs News Tab components was displayed as intended and matching the demos.

I have this notification on frontend view of homepage. So I dont need to hide the note in dashboard, I would like to see that I delete this notification on frontend view. Im well over 250+ lines of custom CSS to enable this template to even slightly resemble what you have pitched.
From buttons that don’t follow global CSS rules and outdated customisation modules to sections of your custom WP Bakery items that have zero cross platform compatibility – its trash and your support is no better. over 10 days and not even a tangible response other than to shift the blame from your poor quality control. I had to pay an external developer to fix your code due to it being that bad.
A support team that logs itself into the back end and changes core files without asking, denies it then forgets that Wordpress logs all changes as does my host.
Absolute trash. I wouldn’t buy this if you want something to work out the box or to even function as a website.
No continuity in design or layout. Outdated customisation methods. Buggy code that resets your modifications WP Bakery elements not cross platform. Support takes over a week and provides no help in most cases. Hard coded pages that do not allow modifications. Main menu does not conform to industry standard cut off points and simply doesn’t function on certain devices.

According to the history of your requests, our support team has explained how the global styles work in the theme. You requested styling changes to the certain sections of the theme. Those sections can’t be changed without custom CSS.
Also, we confirmed that there is the styling problems with the Product Carousel module of the theme. However, we can’t provide you an immediate fix. We informed you that the problem will be fixed in the coming updates of the theme.
Moreover, we don’t have access to change the core files of your website. Our support team just check the problem on your website according to your requests.
We didn’t override the default options of the WPBakery elements. The default archive post page that you mentioned in your ticket isn’t a hardcoded page. You can disable the Splash theme and check the archive post page even with the default WordPress theme. It isn’t possible to edit the archive post page in WordPress.
If you have problems with the menu section, then please clearly explain the issue in your ticket.

Your global styles do not work at all and your explanation of why is false.. I re styled the sections myself to MATCH the rest of the site -of which you should have done out the box.
I had to pay someone else to fix your stying issues with the module of which he fixed in under an hour… your support is pointless as they offer little or no advice worth actioning

The menu item hover background isn’t red on your website – https://prnt.sc/rxet1y. That color comes from the mains color scheme of the theme. You can change it in the Appearance > Customize > Site Settings > Styles section.

You shop page does not match the stying of any of the current sites pages and there no option to alter it to match. Even if you set the new shop page and build a header with VC it over rides it.
1) No way the change the heading size – does not match the rest of the site – looks terrible.
2) Padding for the heading does not match the rest of the site – looks terrible.
3) The shop customiser does not work fully as it will not disable the side bars no matter what you do.
4) You cant select a new custom designed shop page as your design setting overide it.. why give the option if you cant do it.
5) The shop slider – there is no documentation on how to set this or in fact where to set this.

3. You can disable the sidebar in the Appearance > Customize > Shop section. If it doesn’t work on your website, please mention about that in your ticket.
4. The Shop page is the default archive product page of the WooCommerce. Archive pages can’t be edited as usual pages in the WooCommerce by default.
The Shop page just displays the all the products. We just add custom styles to meet the theme design.
5. The theme comes with the Slider Revolution plugin. You can create your shop slider by using that plugin. Here is a link to the plugin documentation – https://www.themepunch.com/support-center/

The side bar cannot be disabled. Ive tried this on serval clean instals of the site and nothing works.
Ive used several custom designed pages for woo commerce that ive built with WP Bakery however your theme over rights it with a very crude design that doesn’t match the style of the site. the headers are to big and the padding is out by over 50px..
There is no documentation on how to create a specific banner for the shop or more importantly where to make it show up in the side bar section.. I repeat you provide NO documentation on this. its nothing to do with theme punch its your template that is missing the information..

The theme basic colors you can manage under the WordPress dashboard -> appearance -> customize -> site settings -> style section via selecting the custom color option. Some of the elements color are not changeable and those colors can be changed via custom css by default, you can insert custom css into the css field under the appearance -> customize -> css
