Hello All, I can not change a single service box background (or another feature of it). When I change one, all the other service boxes changes with same options. The one I edit, effect all of them. Can you please help abou this? Thanks.

To change services section background color, please go to Admin > Pages > Services > Edit with WPBackery Page Builder > Hover mouse of a service section > click Edit icon > Go to Style Tab > Here change color under ”Service Content Hover Background Color”. Hope this helps.

Hi, thank you for your answer but this is not my solution unfortunately. I mean all “service box” element on my pages have a problem. For ex. I change a service box “Service Content Hover Background Color” on my home page(with blue), and all other boxes suddenly change with the same color (blue) value on my home page. I don’t want this. Also when I checked the other service boxes “Service Content Hover Background Color” option I see that they are different color values not blue. Option is not blue but when I hover it the color is blue. How can it be? I want to change them independently with different colors. But When I change one of them, all of them are change.

Hi, I am recently purchased your theme. My team really like it, good work!! But I have troubles on importing theme. About 365 images and icons can not been found by importing programs, I have opened the content xml file, and click the web link of the images for testing, I can see those images from the link, but theme importers can not find the images, the theme can not be imported properly because of that. I have a list which includes names of this images and icons, I can share with you. Am I missing something? can you please help us. Many thanks.

Is there any possibility to edit the font size of the main menu? Changing the Pivotal Option > Typography > Navigation Font doesn’t have any effects on the main menu.

Hello, I have purchased a licence and have now a question about the plugins. In your documentation is written that a message will appear after the theme is installed requesting to install 8 required plugins. I don’t get this message. In the download folder are 5 plugins included but it seems to me that this aren’t the required ones. Where can I get this necessary 8 plugins?

Right after you upload and activate theme you will find this message at the top of every page of the admin:

“This theme requires the following plugins: AF Framework, Af-addon, Breadcrumb NavXT, CL Testimonial, Contact Form 7, Mailchimp for WordPress, One Click Demo Import, Redux Framework, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer and WooCommerce.”

Click the “Begin installing plugins” link. Alternatively you can find these plugins under Admin > Appearance > Install Plugins > Select All > Bulk Action > Install > Apply.

After plugin installation is done, go to Admin > Appearance > Import Demo Data > Click ‘Import Demo Data’ button.

You don’t need to upload plugins from the download folder. Hope this helps.

You can change arrow position by adding custom css from Admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

.menu-area .navbar ul > li.menu-item-has-children > a:before { right: -20px }

Change the value to find the one works for you.

Not sure what you asked for. To change a menu, go to Admin > Appearance > Menus > Select ‘Main Menu’ > Here you can select a page or blog list and add to your menu.

I’ve added logos to my site but I can barely see them, the grey is too light. I’d like to make them darker. Also I don’t think I want them to link out to anything. I’ve removed the links but they still click to reload the page. How can I remove this?

If you don’t want this effect, you can override this style by adding following css code into Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

.clients-grids .partner-item img { opacity: 0.8; }

Change opacity to anything you prefer between 0.2 to 1. If you want to remove this hover greyscale effect completely, add following css instead:

.clients-grids .partner-item img { filter: none; opacity: 1; }

To remove the link from the logo, right now no option from the admin side, you will have to change from the code. I will let you know which file to change later.

To remove the link from the logo, open this file using a ftp client into a text editor: /wp-content/plugins/neuron-addons/inc/vc_addon/rs_client.php

Then replace line # 475 with this code:

To change banner height, go to Admin > Pivotal Option > Style > Page Banner. Here you will find two fields – Top Gap and Bottom Gap. Change these values according to your banner height.

hi there, sorry for the trouble, after completing development, I’ve moved my site from localhost to the hosting server.

At local pages load fine, no issues, but remotely every page has a spinning wheel! and now showing properly.
