If I install a 3rd-party Plugin like The Pluss Addon, I’m able to create pages with the widgets of this Plugin, but have the turn-off the Ajax for that single page to avoid any conflicts, right!? The 3rd Party Plugin will not crash the whole site, right!?

1. Yes, there should be no problems. The theme will act as normal website.

2. In the Demo only the Burger Menue can be seen, but the Theme also works with a “classic text” Menue – even on the AJAX pages – right!? Thanks!

1. It’s possible, however using Theme Builder you will loose all the main theme features: AJAX transitions, mouse cursor follower and smooth scrolling feature. This is because Elementor Theme Builder uses its own template and doesn’t inherit the active theme templates (from Rubenz or any other themes). You’re literally building your own theme from a scratch using this feature. Elementor custom widgets provided by the theme core plugin remain usable though.

This is not possible to adjust mainly because the bottom portfolio navigation is designed to show not only the next project but also the previous one. That would be incorrectly to show the static cover image of the “next” portfolio item in that prev&next layout.

Sidenote: unlike other theme plugins (Rubenz Core, Elementor, etc) ACF is the plugin that is not critical to have the newest version on a website. It has a really solid and future-proof codebase and should work without any issues in the future WordPress & Elementor releases even on the current version.

Yes, I have 5.9.0. The problem is it keeps telling me to upgrade to 5.9.1, then when i do what you said, it comes back and says I need to upgrade to 5.9.1. I updated the template to fix the testimonial blockquote color issue, but it’s still off (unless it’s supposed to be the way it is). It did fix the widget to where it’s changed to be seen on a darker background, but the background behind the blockquote, although dark is a different color than the rest of the widget (black and then off black behind the blockquote). Is there anyway you guys can make it to where the user can manually change the color behind the blockquote? That way if the color doesn’t match, the user can just enter the hex code? Right now, you can manually change the color of everything except the area behind the blockquote unless I’m missing something? Thanks.

Hi, I’m also encountered that header section widget doesn’t change colors if you change the template background of a current page. Right now you have to manually do it. ex. If I start with a Blue Grey layout, if I change it to dark, the text color changes to a color I can see and I have to manually go in and change it to a dark or light color depending on new background color.

Hello! Thanks. At the moment unfortunately I don’t have any suitable solution to make Rev Slider AJAX friendly to the theme. The page where it’s placed require a hard refresh otherwise it won’t load the slider’s frontend scripts.

You can turn off AJAX transitions from the theme options or add an exclusion rule for a particlar page with the slider in Customizer -> Theme Options -> AJAX Transitions -> Prevent Elements in the following way:

Unlike in Cassio theme the AJAX transitions in this theme are based on images, not on texts. In one day I had an attempt to add featured videos support but I wasn’t satisfied with the results. The video transitions weren’t smooth so I abandoned this feature. So it’s unlikely to be added in near future.

To be fair on mobile it would be an issue anyway since autoplaying videos and also audio isn’t recommended so I might just stick with images and don’t spoil the videos too much. I love this design, especially the previous next navigation is very well done!

It just feels slightly slow for the Home sliders for example the Split Screen 1 and 2. Is it possible to include animation editing for the menu and the sliders in the future within Elementor?

That’s all for now, I might consider switching but the mobile issues with lagging might be a bit tricky. I have to check it in depth but the Slider with the Text links (2 rows) definitely lags a lot but I will probably use the Split Screen 2 as well.

Sliding speed can be adjusted from Elementor widget options https://yadi.sk/i/1SKNrcfRu1VdHg However this doesn’t have an impact on text animation speed – it’s always constant in Rubenz. This won’t be changed.

Hello. “position: fixed;” won’t work on the elements inside the container with applied “translate” property which is used for smooth scrolling feature. You need to turn off Smooth Scrolling in Customize -> Theme Options -> Smooth Scroll

“Elementor Full Width” template uses the default theme template, it just cuts off the page masthead. It’s compatible with Rubenz. Actually fullscreen sliders in the theme demo use this template (with the removed footer).

“Elementor Canvas” template literally creates a blank canvas for an Elementor page. It doesn’t inherit any template from the current theme (neither Rubenz nor other themes). Under the hood it uses Elementor’s template file. You may still use custom widgets provided by Rubenz theme (parallax backgrounds and text animation will still work), but you won’t get AJAX transitions or Smooth Scrolling in this template because it requires the specific HTML markup.

Rubenz AJAX transitions can’t be copy-pasted to build something completely different on a 3rd party markup, because it’s not a plugin but a theme.

Hello. When using Elementor Pro Theme Builder, it creates the pages based on own template – the one which differs from the current theme (you’re literally building an own theme).

While the widgets provided by Rubenz theme will work as they should, you will loose those features: AJAX transitions, smooth scrolling, portfolio prev/next navigation. Simply because they require a custom HTML markup which is being overridden in case of using Elementor Theme Builder.

The is a known issue of a Swiper library that’s built in Elementor page builder https://github.com/nolimits4web/swiper/issues/3420 It was already fixed but me and other developers are waiting until Elementor will merge these changes and release a new version with the updated slider library. Until then unfortunately it’s not possible to force to load the Swiper newest version.
