Yes, its a mix-content issue because this image load from our demo website that’s why it showing it not secure. you can easily fix these issues edit your homepage and edit the video section and replace the video background shape with the same image. Video background shape images already available on your media library.

Hey author, i just purchased geoport theme while upload on wordpress it saying, the package could not be installed. the theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Hi, Thanks for your question. It looks like your upload the wrong file that means you upload a full download file, not the installable file. The full-zip file contains with theme installable file, documentation, demo content, etc. Please upload the theme file only (geoport.zip).
If you download full file then extract your zip file and upload only geoport.zip file only. we hope it solves your problem. if you need more information please send us an email directly via our support email.

Hi, i’ve installed the theme and imported the demo. However, only the homepage such as home 1, home 2, home 3 of the front page is working fine.
But when i wanted to edit the “about” section or other pages. It shows me “The requested URL /about-us/ was not found on this server.”
I tried to add new page. then i set the template to “elementor full width”, i can customize on draft, but when i publish it. it becomes error 404.
Can check about this bug?

You can only disable blog details page user or meta-information via the theme options but if you want to disable the home page bottom blog section user information you need to edit your hope and edit the blog shortcode and you find some options to disable the author or comments info.

Hi, Thanks for contact with us. you can easily fix SSL error issues using a really simple SSL plugin or just replace the same image again. when you use SSL Certification it not automatically redirect you all permalinks to HTTP to HTTPS that’s why it showing the SSL error.

Hi there, Purchased this awsome theme a few days ago. Yesterday a new version of WordPress came. Because of that, your theme and Revolution Slider plugin is not doing a few things. For example: If I want to show arrows, progress bar then these settings are not getting turned on. It gives an error that because the WordPress is 5.5 and the revolution slider should be updated to the latest version only then the issue will be resolved. Please update your theme as soon as possible, or I will have to downgrade WordPress as I have to show the website to the client today in the next few hours.

The more people are saving their sliders, the more people have to delete everything for the slider revolution and re-do everything. So, please update the slider revolution as soon as possible with the theme update. If you do not understand what i mean, then just trust me i know what i am saying. Update the plugin ASAP otherwise you gonna have so much trouble with support answering the same question again and again.
2nd issue is the video play button. Hi there, I have created a video for my client and i want to show that video on the homepage but looks like after the WordPress updated to the 5.5 version the play button is not working at all. I just have downloaded and uploaded it but looks like you guys have added the new update release on your profile but did not added the/forgot to add the actual new file/updated file in the downloads. Please do not do that. Once you are ready only then tell themeforest that you have a new version because when someone like me get the email. I downloaded the updated version and then finds out that it was time waste as you have not added the new version yet.

Let me explain my self propertly so that you do not waste your time by repling something not relevent. You updated the theme today = === version 1.0.5 – 15 August 2020 === and then i uploaded it to my server. Then you again updated the theme a few mints ago, but you forgot to add the new updated version = === version 1.0.6 – 15 August 2020 === in the download section for me to download the new file. I still am able to download the 1.0.5. Please do not do that as it waste both of us time.

Today we release 2 different versions and every time our theme update version approved via Themeforest. every time we release the update file and submit Themeforest for approval. We are not adding the updated version on our profile if we want also when Themeforest approved update version every client got an email notification.
When we release a new version we always mention it on the Changelog section.
