The import progress is taking too long for just a 3MB file. Its kind of getting stuck @ 8.7%. Is this normal? Is it expected? I’m hosting on Bluehost.

The import file contains demo posts, page content and related metadata. Media files are downloaded from our server – which is why the process takes some time.
If you open your media library in the second tab, you will see that the number of items increases over time.

The Progress is still stuck @ 8.7%. No progress past that. On media library, indeed images are being downloaded but it reaches a point where its like its being stuck and can’t proceed.

This probably means that the server settings are not in line with the recommended one: http://documentation.bold-themes.com/celeste/getting-started/
The best way to pinpoint the issue is to take a look at the server php error log and see if there are any relevant php fatal errors such as memory limit breach or similar.

If you take a look at the code using inspector, you will notice that the news images have been set to display:none using css in the footer. You can always override this setting.
Yes, there is an accordion element available
There is no up button available out of the box, but you can always use third party plugin
Yes, standard plugins should work with the theme with no issues.

I have the latest version and that is blocking other plugins. Your theme is removing data-key=”labels” from HTML tags!, all plugings, you should do that only with yours

No code in our theme or plugin is removing any data attributes, let alone a specific one like data-key=’labels’.
There is probably some other side effect going on on your installation.

You should have no issues to use the theme on your new domain.
The theme itself does not require any kind of registration and deregistration of purchase code – if you have stopped using it on one domain, feel free to install it and use it on another (Just keep in mind that using it on two domains is a breach of the license, but we are sure you know that).
As far as the support renewal goes, unfortunately we can not change ThemeForest’s rules and you need to renew it to be eligible for support.
So, no intervention on our part is needed, the theme should work on another domain as well.

The Celeste theme does not require license activation.
On the other hand, you are probably trying to use that purchase code with the Bold Timeline plugin or Cost Calculator plugin which come with the theme.
You should not activate the licenses of packaged plugins.
The packaged plugin updates will come packaged with new releases of the theme your client has purchased, Cleste .
Just ignore the plugin activation screen and you will be fine.
