When i try to install the updated version in wordpress i have FATAL ERROR ! My hosting say it is something related to theme developer.

This issue is related to missing one of the file which is included to the original ZIP package with theme. There is nothing to fix from my side, I suppose that this problem is a result of improper theme update. Please create a new topic on our forum, provide all needed credentials to your WP dashboard and FTP, then I will be able to check this issue.

Hello.I tried again but i experience again same issue like my first try : PB.Frontend.css, TS.Frontend.css and style.css cannot be created. Please make sure that this location is writable. In check in FTP and all folders have writing rights for user set to 755. I even try to reinstall again but same error. I use wordpress 5.5 and theme can not be activate/deactivate – i can only upload the newer version ( the zip folder Fable from dowloaded file) This update process should be something easy and smooth but i try for 2 days already and experience all kind of problems ! So please provide us here a working solution and please do not forward me to some other places. Thank you

Dear developer, you are so kind !! I was going to that forum, have an account, trying to create a post BUT I CAN NOT ! It looks like i have to pay some 50$ to post there and hoping to get an a solution to the update of a theme I purchased !!!!!!!!! Really ?? So this is your solution ??? It looks like i am not the only one having these problems !! You should post somewhere update solutions for some of the problems you discovered !! I repeat, updating a theme should be a very smooth and easy process !! But in my case is only time consuming, creating frustration and disappointment ! For a simple update ? Really ?

So you have a problem with the theme update, and to see if there is a solution I have to pay some 50 $ to ask a question in the forum ??? Actually this is what you are saying ??
It is not a problem with theme itself. It is a result of a wrong theme/server configuration, wrong privileges, invalid procedure of update etc.
Theme can not be updated in wordpress like many others. Need to be re-install again the newer version. I have another 6 themes, all updated easily like a plugin. Except this one (( On your update tab from the theme website, you have very very few information’s on the update process http://quanticalabs.com/wp_themes2/fable/instructional-videos/updating-theme/ Normally, on your website should be detailed information’s on the update process Base on all these, it is a theme problem !! I repeat, updating the theme it should be an extremely easy process ! Spending 3 days with talks and trying, create only angry feelings and high disappointments each are not useful to anyone !! Wrong theme/server configuration ? – why you did not have this requirements already on the theme website ? wrong privileges – why not on the theme website updating recommendations ? invalid procedure of update – if it is a special one, why is not detailed on the theme website ???

It looks like actually YOU did not read or CARE about having this issue resolved ! - For the first error – missing files – i reinstall as you suggest and download again the theme – Not working ! I have the eror of creating files - For second error – cannot create some files – privileges are ok ( 755) - Wordpress version – as you suggest is 4.5 - Updating process – more than uploading the Fable zip file, there is nothing we can do !
SO, once again, it is an issue generated by how the theme is made and with some requirements or special settings needed for this update ! And these info should be transparently offered to every theme buyer in order to keep the product working properly.

QuanticaLabs, installed your updated theme version 3.7 and got 4 critical errors on the site. Had to work with tech support but no luck and had to revert to previous backup. Here is what they sent me:

Hi, after updating to WP 5.5 there are some JQuery issues with Revolution Slider and other Plugins in your Theme.
I see the Revolution Slider has been fixed in their latest release which is version 6.2.18 and they are asking people to update as soon as possible, your Theme currently has version 3.2.17.
Could you please advise when your Theme will be updated so as these JQuery issues will be fixed?

I am trying to figure out how to change photos in a gallery. I mean I know how to change it in the gallery, but I have a page that has this code on it:
I am trying to figure out how to change the image that would be in “203,204” there are several “gallery” styles in my theme but when changing those photos, it doesn’t change the photos on the page I’m working on. I am using the Fable theme.

Once purchased, does the license allow the theme be installed on a staging server and a live server at the same time? I’d like to have to have the staging server with all demo data included but only copy over certain pages, etc. to the live site.
