I see a message in my dashboard like – “There is a new version of Healsoul available. Please enter your purchase code to update the theme.​” But where should I put the purchase code, I don’t see any option to add/update purchase code under Insight Core area.

Hi I still have 9 months of support, but themmove.ticksy is not recognizing my purchase code. I need help, but cannot login. I have tried 3 browsers, with no luck.

I have also tried logging in with envato, it recognizes my account but not the theme or purchase code.

Hello~ We really like your theme. We are trying to design a website for senior cares… But one thing we are not sure is the “locations” function. We saw that there is a useful link at the bottom of the page called “locations”, but it is not an active link. So we are not sure if your theme supports locations? Basically, we just need to list our 5 locations, and each with their contact info. and a brief description, a facebook page link, and perhaps 1-3 of the staff. So, will your theme work for us? Hi guys, Are you going to make the theme wordpress 5.5 compliant, as it currently is not as it has jquery in it. check it with the jquery helper plugin Secondly when you import the demo, it leaves the urls as http://vietcao.local/healsoul/wp-content/uploads which requires a string replace before it works

Hi there, I have created anchor links on my home page which are connected to custom link menu items. On the desktop the link works fine (i.e you click the custom link and it smooth scrolls to the anchor link), however when on mobile, if you click the custom link menu item, the anchor link doesn’t work.

From what I can see, the link “technically” works, but the mobile menu doesn’t disappear when clicked, so it looks like nothing happens.

This seems like a bug to me, are you able to please provide support?

when I try to view my staging website on iphone 7 all i see if this pulsating red dot and somehow the pages are hidden behind it. how can I fix this?

The latest theme or plugins update introduces a bug with WPBakery Page Builder Tabs. You can no longer click a tab to switch content. You can see this on your own demo site as well (bottom tabbed section): https://healsoul.thememove.com/about-us/
