My client has more than 100 dogs to add to the website in the “Adoption Gallery” section. I already realized that it is possible to view X dogs (posts per page in Elementor), but the “Next Page” button does not appear.

How do I customize the 404 page?
I discovered a big issue, for the theme. When I create a new adopt then the page is blank onlye plain text appears. And will not use the elemtor template that I have created. This is very hard for end-user to understand. Does this mean he has to upload the template everytime? The people that add adopts are not webdesigners.

1, We don’t have option to edit it yet. However, We’re updating it in the new version.
2, You can create a new page then pick up the widget into that page. Then you can use duplicated page plugin to duplicate the page and edit the information as you want.

I have just purchased your United Pet theme both for WP and HTML version (in order to develope a Wordpress & Laravel platform).
I have an issue about the first configuration on WP: when I try to install the required and recommended plugins I get an error about the Boostify Meta Box plugin: “couldn’t find a valid plugin”.
I tried:
—installing with the default “install plugin” function
—loading from the wp-content\themes\united-pets\inc\plugins directory
—loading from the main\united-pets\inc\plugins directory inside the zip downloaded from themeforest, I extracted the zip of course

Hello Boostify, the client wants Dogs and Cats seperated. One page with only dogs and being able to only add dogs there. Same one for cats. But not both together in one adoption system. So i wish to have a solution for seperating dogs and cats.

It would be nice if i could start the category at only dogs or only cats. So hide the ‘All’ tab. So i can only show the one tab for dogs or cats. But that it doesnt start at the all animals because this will mix the cats and dogs from the first view.

Hello boostify, is there a way I could have it earlier on my website? My client really needs 4 different animal types/categories with dropdown sorting based on race, color and behaviour. Thats basically it. And that its possible to only show for example ‘dogs’ in the adoption cards carrousel. Im willing to buy alot more licenses and make the best out of your theme if I could get early support or access to these functions. Also i noticed some small bugs with accordeons, they move the whole paga up and down by interaction. And the adoption gallery does not have buttons to go the next page of animals. Thanks in advance.

Hello Boostify, I see it looks nice I can hide the other categories. But the gallery will still show all animals from start. Can I make them start at the correct category and is there any possibility I can do the same with the cards? (Nongallery) Also there is no filter option for race, color, age or behaviour. (Adopt Service Category dropdown filter.) Thanks in advance.

Hello Boostify, I see that only this Adopt Grid has no left right button. And is not responsive either. But most importantly what im missing is the Adopt Service Category dropdown filter. So the frontend user can filter on the animal being a specific color or behaviour type. And like I said in the previous comment the category I show (Dogs) while removing the ‘all’ button will still show all animals until the button is clicked. I want it to start on the right category from first pageload. If this is fixed Im willing to buy alot more licences.

Can i email you or skype? I can photoshop what we need for the website. I dont care if it will cost extra. But these couple things would improve your theme for all users by alot. Also i have a list of bugs, like accordions making the page move weird or not able to change fonts on it. If the site has the functions i need, i will also have a couple hundred more clients that want the same. Its lacking some small functions, filtering the adopt category services with a dropdown on the adoption gallery. The adoption gallery does not load on the right category. And the adoption animals dont have a location feature (like age and breed) this is ideal for lost animals + adding the location as buttons to the gallery. So people get the right animal thats in that location. (Doesnt have to be connected with maps.) Thats what we need. And yes like i said unfortunatly on first page load it still shows all animals. Not the category i only want to show. We have 5 different animals. Thanks in advance! I would be happy if i could be participating in making your theme better only I lack the php skills.

Yes, you can use your own domain. This issue happened because after importing demo content, there were still demo images with the our old domain and you didn’t delete them.
As I said, you can replace our new domain boostifythemes.com domain with your own domain in Elementor tools. If you still need helps, you can create a ticket with your site credentials, our developer will check and change all the image domain with your domain asap.
