I downloaded the latest update of the theme from themeforest, but you put an old version (6.4.2) of WP Bakery (js_composer) in the theme>interart>plugins folder. Can you please fix this because you’re changelog says you did. Thanks.

We checked our theme package again. The latest plugin version (6.6.0) has already been included. Please delete the current old plugin version and install it again via Plazart Installation part.

We are so sorry but we can’t help you in this case. Each license is used for 1 domain only. And you can change the domain within the valid support time.

Because your support license expired, you could not change the domain.

Please extend the support on Themeforest, then you can change the domain.

i have purchased this theme and i am using it at one domain. now i want to use it again but its activation key is not working. its not good. when i have purchased it so why i cant use it again ? will you resolve it ?

Thanks so much for getting in touch. Regarding your question, each license is used on 1 domain only. If you want to use the theme on another domain, you need to buy a new license. Or you can change the domain in Plazart Installation if your support license is still valid.

I have just purchased your theme and for some reason when using the demo import feature with Child theme the following do you install TZ Interiart TZ Plus Gallery Pro WPBakery Visual Composer Revolution Slider Option Tree

Now I’m no novice on theme forest but surely this should not happen for a demo import? Now the import is stuck on media download.

i have a small question before buying. i find the theme really amzing but for my client the woocommerce is note neccesari. so my question is there something that i can remove the add to cart or shopping option WITHOUT “damaging” the template?

Hi, i have been facing a very critical issue with your theme – it has been scanned for malicious links by Google Ads.

After weeks of digging and eliminating all factors – plugins, hosting, upgrades etc, we discovered the fault is in the theme.

We have even sent you screenshots because we found the links in your core wordpress xml files. I still dont have any response from your team. Can someone there pls clean this up & respond urgently.

I’ve been chasing the support team for the last week to resolve the malware issue in your core theme files. Last 4 days , i have received 0 response – are you even working on it; can it be fixed? no indication of any kind of way forward.
