when embedding youtube as a lightbox link or embed, it strips ?rel=0 from url, even when it asks for attributes on the embed video. How can I fix this? Or where can I hook into to change this function?

2) To author: please, remove that garbage plugin, called freshizer… I’ve searched on the internet about that error.. There’s many sites with this error…

2.) The Freshizer plugin is resizing the images. You can always disable it in the Theme Options 
.

hi, after updating the php-version to 7.6.4. i got a fatal error (framework plugin). seems to be a problem with the 7.4 php. any updates are planned?

Ark should be compatible with latest PHP. Often times errors happen because you did not update all themes and plugins you have and any other 3rd party code. If issue persist, please open ticket with details, errors, etc.

Image is by default an “inline-block” which means it kind of behaves like text. So add Wrapper element around it and set “text-align:center” (via any approach you deem fit) on that Wrapper.

Thank you, that works. I have one more similar: I am trying to center Quform, which is nested in “Bootstrap Container>Bootstrap Row>Wrapper>Shortcode Wrapper”. I tried using the same technique but it seems I does not respond. How should I approach this? Many thanks.

Set quform or it’s wrapper to “display: inline-block;” in CSS, then it will behave like regular text and that image and react to “text align center” from above/parents.

sadly, this is not possible :(, the Global Styles are generating some completely different output, so using them purely as a css class is not supported :(.

I don”t think such menu is present. I would recommend getting some menu plugin such as the one from Sevenspark, plugins usually offer much more settings to play with because the out of the box theme settings cannot be too overwhelming.

the fullscreen menu is exactly what I wanted (but just on the mobile, not the desktop), is there no way of ‘switching it on’ just for a mobile screen?
(*the fullscreen that is on the Default Classic – Full Screen, in Ark theme)

Unfortunately no, it would need it’s own set of implementation again which is not very easy task, hence why I recommended the other plugin.

I have been unable to contact this author for some time regarding a support issue.
Their support portal (and entire website) is not secure and so I can’t safely enter any details, their website’s contact E-Mail address bounces back as not existing (thomas at freshface.net), their Twitter, blog etc have all been abandoned since 2018, and there is no option to directly contact the author via Envato.
This is a fantastic theme that is being updated by somebody, however who it currently is and how I can contact them I just don’t know.
Due to the lack of support for this otherwise excellent product, I won’t be using this theme for any future projects.

Hey there, I’m getting critical/fatal errors every time I try to activate the theme. Same is with main and child themes. Fresh latest WP installation, new db, non of the plugins is activated.
I can only reach admin area by disabling theme via ftp…
Any ideas?

I am using the plugin “Borlabs Cookie“. Unfortunately its content blocker function is detecting the post content of all Wordpress posts rendered through the Ark theme as external content, and therefore blocking it although there is no external media or iframes etc. included – just plain text. Post titles or featured media on the other hand isn’t blocked. Any idea how to solve this? Could there be a conflict with oEmbed filter?
