Real estate companies in most US cities do both rentals and sales. Mortgage calculator shows up in rentals. Can it show only in sales and not rentals. Seems like a programming issue .. ‘if’ rentals ‘then’ display: none. 4. MORE HOME PAGE CONTENT AREAS NEEDED FOR SEO Web sites have no value if they are not strong with SEO because no one will ever see them. The architecture determines whether or not that is even possible and with this theme is is not possible to get great rankings with the the currect FIXED home page architecture/layout.

All who wants to purchase the theme must be aware of the themes deep dependency of a plugin provided with the theme after purchase. That means, you will not have the ability to make changes to some functions, like search form, via the child theme. If you will edit the plugin directly you will loose changes you made on next update.

You can modify plugin and re-name it to keep using it without update.

Could you please give me a link to those standards? And your answer is wrong on two parts. 1) It is bad development practice to alter plugins thus loosing ability to update them. and 2) I managed to bring search functions to the child theme from plugin.

I doubt Wordpress guidelines set a mandatory requirement to move all functionality to plugins It’s recomendation. If Envato does, then it sucks bigtime.

Just recomendation. https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/post-types/registering-custom-post-types/ We recommend that you put custom post types in a plugin rather than a theme. This ensures that user content remains portable even if the theme is changed.
That is for custom website projects not for distributable themes.

Hi. I have installed the theme. Setup languages Turkish and English. Translated all. However, a few of the properties does not work properly in Turkihs version. It even comes up at filter results, but when i click the link of the property, 404 error i got. I delete the property and installed it again. Does not work. Please help.

1. Yes you can use RealPlaces for multisite if you are going to use it only with subdirectories or subdomains ( of the same website ) to serve different purposes of that one main website. But you cannot use it with domain mapping for multiple top level domains. As one license allow usage on one commercial website only.
2. Yes, RealPlaces provides fields to add 360 Virtual Tour embeds and videos for a property.

Is it possible to view photos without clicking on the property. When you are viewing a list of properties and would just like to check out a few photos before clicking to enter the page of the property. A lot of property portals have this now and I was wondering if this is possible with this theme

Got a reply that theme is not fully customizable and other buyers please note that partners logos cannot be changed and theme also has bugs in its other layouts. Beware before buying!

This is simply not true, yes, there are limitations in RealPlaces theme like every other WordPress theme because no WordPress theme is 100% customizable. However, you have control over each section of the home page via Theme Options panel.
You can add/remove Partner logos by navigating to Dashboard → Partners section. Other settings for Partner section can be found in Theme Options as explained in the following documentation section.

We have the page loader disabled but the pages still go to white until the page loads, then fades on. Is there a way to turn this off? It looks awful.

Ok made sure it was disabled then cleared the cache for the site in cloudflare and the cache on my browser and the page still just sits on a white screen until the page completely loads.

You’re correct, the classes in your screen capture (.wf-loading, and .wf-tenorsanssubsetlatin-n4-loading) have nothing to do with page loading. They are google fonts classes being loaded from the theme options (in this case Tenor Sans).
I took care of the javascript errors but they were obviously not causing it.
So if I turn off the “Do you want to change fonts?” in Appearance -> Theme Options -> Styles—> Basic, the page will load without going to a white screen.
