how can i see the booking System working on Back End?

Thank you for your interest! The bookings are integrated with WooCommerce, so you will see the bookings and reservations in WooCommerce > Orders.

Once you install the theme you do have an option to import our demo content which will give you access to all the pages and settings, this way you can easily customize the pages to your needs. You can check our theme documentation which can help you to get a better grip on how the theme is functioning and what possibilities you do have with it.
You do have an option to change the menu layout, you can see all our headers presented on our demo website.
When it comes to reservation our Iver hotel plugin that is managing reservation is integrated with WooCommerce. The “Extra Services” section is customizable. Otherwise, adding additional fields would require some custom coding which is beyond the scope of our support.
Visitors can book and pay – payment is integrated with WooCommerce.

Thank you for your interest in Iver! You can check out Iver’s user dashboard by signing in from the front end of the demo site with the following credentials:
Username: test Password: test
The bookings are integrated with WooCommerce, so any payment method that you configure within this plugin will work with Iver.
Also you can always disable our booking system and add an external URL if you wish that.

Can I skip the login process? I thought the booking section it’s not friendly to the guest user. In my case, they just coming and leave some info to admin for a callback.

The bookings are integrated with WooCommerce, so you will see the bookings and reservations in WooCommerce > Orders. They’re not integrated with ical or other booking channels.

So yes, users need to be logged in before booking. You can install and activate the Iver Membership plugin, and add the login widget to your header widget area (or some other widget area). You should configure WooCommerce payment options in WooCommerce > Settings, as payments are integrated with WooCommerce.
You can however always disable our booking system and add an external URL if you wish that.

Hi! I have a 2 bedroom apartment. I wish people could book the rooms individually or the whole apartment. If someone has already booked the entire apartment on those dates, the individual rooms cannot be booked. The same thing also applies to the rooms, if only one room is booked, it will not be possible to book the entire apartment. is it possible to do this with your template?

Thank for taking an interest! On our theme we do have rooms which you can use and set to your needs with different price. They are not divided into different properties. And if a room is booked for a certain date it will not be available for booking anymore. So each room is booked individually.

Hi, i really love your design but as you don’t mention in description, i wonder whether this theme is compatible with wordpress v.5.3.x and also with Gutenburg (playing with blocks is way easier for me, i mean). Also our price is quite flexible depending on the no. of guest, the contract duration (3 months, 6 months, 1 years) and extra services; do you think this theme can help with this? (it would be great if the price is not shown until people do the advanced search and select their extra services. Or at least the price is shown as smt like “From…”)

Please note that our theme does come with WPBakery page builder plugin and if you intend to use our themes shortcodes we do advice you to use WPBakery plugin. The theme is compatible with the latest version of Wordpress and Gutenberg, however if you intend to use our themes shortcode we do advice you to use the plugin that comes bundled within the theme.
As for the price unfortunately, you can only set a fixed price, we don’t have an option to set discounts for specific amount of days within specific check-in and check-out dates, and the price will be present if it is set.
Please, try now again. We have just cleared the cache and everything should be working fine now.

Hi, I have a few questions about how it works: 1) How does the user who has booked a room see the check in and check out date (in the demo it seems that it is not visible) 2) What are the meta_key names for the check in and check out date? 3) What type of query does it perform to check room availability?
I would need this information as I need to convert this data to create an iCalendar file.

1. The users that book will get a mail notification once they have performed a booking.
2. These fields can be provided by our support team for sure.
3. It is going through our Iver Hotel plugin which is also integrated with Woocommerce plugin and you should configure WooCommerce payment options in WooCommerce > Settings, as payments are integrated with WooCommerc and you can monitor reservations and bookings in WooCommerce > Orders.
