Hi.
Great theme. Just having quite a serious problem. The Elementor was updated about 2 or so days ago, and afterwards I can’t do any edits through the plugin? Whenever I open the “live view editor” I just get greeted by a white screen with an empty tool module.

Having an issue creating and editing new pages using Elementor. It says ‘the content’ was not found every time I attempt to add a new page. Also, BuddyPress doesn’t work with this theme as I was told it would. It shows very broken pages and most of the pages are blank. I’ve updated all plugins and setup the permalinks but it doesn’t work.

I managed to get the BP profile page to work somewhat okay, but I just noticed (I deactivated all but the BP, Elementor and WC plugins) that I can’t create a group. Is there a conflict with the theme and being able to create BP groups?

1. Can I have a page just for one listing type – So all listing for cars will be on mydomain.com/cars or all Jobs will be on mydomain.com/jobs
2. For cars listing can I limit it for customers to list on 2 cars only and after they expire in 30 days can they renew them even when limit is 2.
3. With Job listings, can I change up the form depending on what Job is being listed? Or can customers add question field that they can ask the applicant? For example have to be a US Citizen?
4. I want to use the shop to sell items, can I hide the basic, premium listing from the Shop?
5. Can I change the word “Regions” to Location
6. Will you be updating to elementor 3.0?

1. You can create those pages, but you also need one default result page with all the listing types together which is used as results page
2. I’m not sure I understand clearly, you can view package options here https://docs.mylistingtheme.com/article/paid-listings-and-creating-listing-packages/3. You would have to create additional listing types for each job type, in order to have different fields

Yes, if you set the number of listings to 6 for example and number of columns to 3, the listings will display in multiple rows
Thanks for your assistance. Will be purchasing this next week for my client. One more question, will the contact form go straight to the user? I read someone where that you will need to leave the To field blank?. I have used Contact 7 before and when you leave the to blank, the form won’t work for the user. Can this theme work with other contact forms?

Hi, thanks for this very useful recent update. There seems to be an issue/bug when you both try to sign in or register, whatever the role you pick and whether you add security or not to the form (where you have to enter the answer in digits) as the only answer you get is: “error: security check failed. Please try again.”. In all configurations this is the message you get and I have tried all configs and have disabled all my plugins to see if anything else interfered and still same error message. Have you added a recaptcha key in wp-admin > listings > settings?
The error appears if you don’t pass recaptcha, but if there’s no key, the recaptcha won’t be visible.
Alternatively, you can disable recaptcha in theme tools > user roles
Thanks for your very prompt response. I forgot to check that the key info was present under settings as I had put the info in before many months ago for something else. So I re-added the keys under settings but they did not work as they were v3 keys. I got a set of v2 keys and it now works so thanks again, all sorted. NK

However, I would like to make custom permission so that only the users with given roles can access the resumes.

Looks fine during our tests. Please try removing the logout link from your woocommerce menu and add it again (appearance > menus)

You can find the templates under my-listing/templates/dashboard folder. Copy them to child theme on the same directory to override them. We don’t have developer documentation available

Please try the following
- Disable all plugins unrelated to the theme
- Make sure you are running latest theme version
- Disable child theme if you’re using one.

I am using “Region” (theme default) and “Categories” as dropdowns and now these are empty by default. I would like to add “Select a region” and “Select a category” or something similar as placeholders on both search forms, because that is just a lot more user friendly.
How can I add this?
