have disappeared: the menu + the numeric counter + eltdf image gallery + carousel. At the moment I’ve installed the “jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin, but I think this is not something that can last forever :( Let us know if there is an opportunity to have an update soon please.

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.  You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please note that you do have the Global Options in Elated Options > Logom but also you do have logo options on the Page settings. If they are set on a page it will overwrite the Global options. So please check your Page settings.

Running the latest Vino 1.6 version, latest WordPress version and everything is up to date except for WPBakery Page Builder (version 6.0.3 installed but can’t update it) and I’m getting these errors:

2. Yes, even though PSD files are not included inside the theme package, our support staff will be glad to provide you with those, after your purchase our theme and submit a support ticket.

3. We don’t offer WooCommerce extensions, sorry about that.

Hi Mate, Bought this theme few months ago but was unable to work on it due to current pandemic and my support has just expired and wont be able to renew it. Hope you can help me here to solve the issue. Whenever I create a workflow and turn animation on i get below error (error seen in developer mode) Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘match’ of undefined at f (modules.min.js?ver=5.4.1:1) at HTMLDocument.b (modules.min.js?ver=5.4.1:1) at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2) at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2) at Function.ready (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2) at HTMLDocument.J (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)

Found the actual cause, whenever I enable background image parallax, workflow animation disappears but when background image parallax is dasabled, workflow has animation.

How do you de-register a theme if you had already uninstalled the wordpress installation from your host and didn’t de-register prior to doing that? I can’t register the theme now.
