Is there a way to renew the support for just a month since I have a single question regarding the mobile blog article width. I see that @media max-width:480px the width is set to 300px. That’s 180 unused pixels at max @media parameters. If there is no way I guess I’ll just extend the full 6 months. Thanks!

Hi there and thank you for the fast reply, my website url is https://www.travellingwithdiana.com . I’ve noticed that on mobile, my blog posts have a lot of padding on the left and right side and that means that less text is being shown per line and the horizontal pictures are way smaller than they could be. I’ll try to explain it a little bit better. Example with the 480px mobile screen: The @media screen has a max-width of 480 pixels and a width of 300 pixels. That means that If a phone with 320px size visits my website it will look good since only 20 pixels will be used for a left and right padding, but if a 480 pixel phone visits the website there will be 180 pixels used for the left and right padding, which is a lot of unused pixels. I hope that clears it up a little bit. Thank you!

You can for sure import the demo content. You can read more about it here. So it is a starting point where once you import the demo you will be able to customize the content to your needs. We always suggest you to make a backup of your existing site before you do this, as well as since you are using another theme we cannot guaranty the structure of your already existing posts, so you will need to adjust them to our theme and edit the content to our themes posts.

Hello, I would like to buy this theme. I have to change my old template on my blog. My blog has more then 400 articles and I need a good template, fast and Seo friendly and a good support. I read almost all the requests (and complaints) in this list.
Before buying I would like to ask if: - the “H3” tag for page/post titles – and not H1 as it should be – has been solved with the last update? - is clearly written that is compatible with Elementor, so Wp Bakery is mandatory? - this theme is 2 years old, do you think you will update it for some years or it will be soon left for giving space to your new themes as Bridge?

To change page title (from title area) globally, navigate to BackpackTraveler Options > Title and you can easily set up H1 for page title – https://prnt.sc/r1qik1.
An important note is that title area options also exist on pages and blog posts under Mikado Title https://prnt.sc/r1qn87.
You can also enable post title to display in the blog title area and set H1 there – https://prnt.sc/r1qksx.
If H3 tag in the single post title is the case, you do have a workaround for this, you can simply edit template file in charge on this location:
backpacktraveler\framework\modules\blog\templates\singles\centered\post.php
When it comes to updates please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. The theme is both compatible with Elementor and WPBakery! It means that you do have the option to choose to use either WPBakery or Elementor plugin, as well as you will be able to import the demo content with either one of the plugins.
So you can use one of those plugins to build your website with our themes shortcodes always.
As for the title on the blog, if you enable title area you do have the options to set the title to whichever heading you prefer, but it is referred to the title area. And for the title on posts, you will need to edit the page template, you can always submit a request at our help center and our support team will be happy to help.

Well, if you have added the custom CSS to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS it will be stored in the database, however, we do always recommend you to make a backup of your theme prior to making an update, as well as you can always activate child theme in order to be sure that your changes will not be affected when you update the theme.

How is everyone dealing with the slow site speed issues that come with this theme? Lots of Javascript + google scripts that are killing my speed with no straightforward fixes available. Support can only suggest W3 total cache, which doesn’t do anything.
