Hello. You are using the useful pixels plugin, version 1.0.0, and it is outdated. We now have the latest version of WordPress and WP Bakery editor. The visual editor doesn’t work because of this plugin. And if you disable this plugin, half of the site will collapse. Can you update this plugin or help solve this problem in some other way?

Yes, it looks pretty in the demo, but the theme is not well enough supported and the internals have not been updated to meet current WordPress standards.

As such, you will either be dealing with bugs that make you want to cry all day, or sweating late nights after you site is blown up by some hacker targeting a vulnerability from 9 months back.

The theme was good when it was FIRST released way back. Now, it will not even run properly with the latest WP version and you’ll need the jQuery Migrate Helper plugin to even use the page builder!

A real shame, since they have a decent amount of sales.

Could have been a cash grab, and now all buyers will be messed over down the line as WP continues to update and change. Their team(?) even stopped addressing most of these comments and shuttered their support email.

Do yourself a huge favor. Avoid.

Theme is struggling and is not being updated – for example, /wp-content/plugins/useful-pixels_plugin/includes/cmb/js/cmb.js: jQuery.fn.live() is deprecated. This forces users to use the transitional jQuery Migrate Helper.

Please update the plugin/theme to correct this issue.

Is anybody looking after support now or has everyone given up? I sent a support ticket a week ago and have still not received a reply back. I am almost finished my client project and now I have an issue. I think it is a compatibility issue with WP v5.5 as it is only tested to 5.3….aarrggghhhh.

My site has been running since May, I checked it last week and numerous shortcodes are not showing on the site such as INstagram plugin, testimonials, gallery, and more. I cannot even edit anything as WPBakery seems to not be working at all. I need you to update WP Bakery with the theme so I can start to recover my clients website. ASAP please.
