Hello support team, because of update error I had to reinstall the website. I currently have wordpress 5.6 and theme 4.7 installed. I would like to enable the color ocean, the boxed layout and dark background. But when I change from wide to boxed I have a white background instead of dark. My demo installation does not look like yours. Also when I go to month event I am missing the menu list. Please help me.

Hello, I’ve updated to theme version 4.5 today (not fitnesszone_old). Everything is broken.Trying to paste the css but i just read a comment who must to rebuild all the site…
I’ve try to replace my 2.5 version to fitnesszone_old and got an white page without error. I’m in PHP 7.4, is it compatible ? I think i’m in dead end.
what can i do ? do you have some tips to try to save my old css to your new theme without loosing all my work ? I feel kind of ripped off.
i’ve try with the copy of my style.css and got some results but lots of bug and the buddhas panel doesn’t work (all buttons).

I have the same question as the last comment – only seeing short code. And it appears that all page builder functions are now gone – what happened to them and how do I now build/edit a page rather than have to use short code? My home page was totally destroyed through the updates with wordpress and the theme and there’s no easy way to rebuild it.

We have two version Old & New – https://prnt.sc/utv8y3 So if you want to move our new version, you need to rebuild your site again because in our new version we used “WPBakery Visual Composer” page builder and in our old version, we used our inbuilt page builder.
So if you are using our old version, please update to version – 3.8

I go to the theme settings and options and the buttons to turn on or off do not work. This is very frustrating. Plus I went to create a ticket and there is no button or easy access to create a ticket.

Hello, I’ve updated to theme version 4.5 today (not fitnesszone_old). Everything is broken. I’m seeing [dt_sc] shortcodes everywhere. The header is gone.
After this I removed the theme and installed fitnesszone_old. This resulted in critical errors causing the complete website to be disabled.
So, I’m wondering. What now?

We have two versions Old & New – https://prnt.sc/uho52l So if you want to move our new version, you need to rebuild your site again because in our new version we used “Visual Composer” page builder and in our old version, we used our inbuilt page builder.
So you can go with our old version – 3.8 and let us know we will fix your issues.

Hello, I just purchased fitness zone and when I’m going to Tools->Demo Content Install I am getting a red exclamation mark with no text. I have made changes on my php.ini under wp-admin (it didn’t exist, I crated the ini file) and set some configurations there. I ma running php version 7.3.20. Also after the red exclamation mark, I reload the page, the demo seems installed but the images are in a very bad quality which seems nothing like the demo I preview from you here. Please advise

Is there a way to get the pages back with items instead of shortcode text? Pluging DesignThemes Core Features is deactivated and gives the most problems. we constantly get “timeout errors” or error 500 after we update any plugin on this theme
we have DAY packages – I select ‘day’ for the option, and it shows YEAR. If I change to WEEK or MONTH or YEAR, those work correctly .. it is only the DAY option that does not work .. We also need to be able to put our own HTML links in the package text, but they are not clickable once published.

But that does not work .. it creates a reverse button (main color on hover) with the text “TEXT ON THE BUTTON” .. and the link just becomes an anchor (#)
I have not found a solution to make the DAY option actually appear either.
