I am considering purchasing this theme and before I do – the mapping – do you use Google Maps – as Google has changed with regards to allowing the use of maps, etc and we have struggled on 1 or 2 other themes to get this to work.

I believe you are talking about Google MAP API Key. That’s what Google requests you to get.
It’s like everyone (use Google Maps ) needs to get it from your Google Accounts. Not only specific products. You have to get it and all of our clients also have it to use a Google Maps. It’s not very hard as well.

Hi.
I am looking for a theme to create a restaurant directory theme. I would like to know if you theme supports the following features.
1. Bulk import restaurants from a csv file ( I will use wpallimport probably) with working map for the listings.
2. Reply to a review. Actually I want only one reply to every review so I can get the owner of the restaurant to be able to reply to a review.
3. Vote a review (thumbs up or down).
4. Have a page with all the reviews, and a feature to sort them by popularity, best reviews etc.

We would like to know if theme system supports commission fees upon online bookings, of each listing type/category. And how is that working: e.x. we get all the money giving next the amount to our listing clients or the system split the commission and charge it while it gives the rest to listing clients. Also does it support the previous ones with third party, local bank, plugins for charges with that way?

Pre Sale Questions:
1. Can we use custom fields to the listing forms? I have listings with categories/listing type and each category/type listing form has different fields related to the category/type
2. Restrictions: I have plans with level. These paid subscribers will see other users lists, but certain features will be hidden to the user who have paid for a lower plan. So the restrictions are based on VIEWING USERS not Listing Author plan
3. Plans needs to have expiry and Listings also expiry. This will depend on the plan selected
4. Free plan needs to auto assign to the user as soon as they register
5. Can we have an option upload document feature as well? this needs to show in frontend according to the user plan. if not, can we Custom coding for file upload, is that compatible with your theme? is it set in a user friendly way. Or use a third party plugin with shortcode option?
6. Chat with the author?
7. I want to see how the backend form builder if possible just to get and idea if this is what we are looking for, also so to see how the restrictions are set

There is a problem with theme. OMG REALY. guys you have a problem with the support I really assumed I should talk to the support but my service has expired and I can’t run a ticket. Does this mean you have to pay to let you know that you have a problem with the Theme v4 and directly with the jquery libraries. or it means paying for supports to fix myself again. because you are incompetent do you want me to show you how many mistakes i found in your Theme. come on please take this time seriously and fix the problems above so we can work calmly. and a little faster please because we have work to do too.

Unfortunately, you might have misunderstood. Not everyone has the error issue.
It can be your setting mistake or too old version migration issue.
Please also understand that you need to extend your support if it’s expired by Envato support policy. Bug reports are also included in support. ( but yours is not a common error we have got ).
Everybody ( including us for other products in this market ) extends support if it’s expired.
We don’t believe support fee is much expensive than we spend time and effort.
The errors are not also jQuery issues. Once again, please have a look at the link we provided you. You are using quite old version. You had to update earlier. It has been changed a lot for a few years. And V4 is using different page builder. The link provides how different they are. It’s an extra service version.

The remote plugin package consists of more than one file, but the files are not packaged in a folder. Please contact the plugin provider and ask them to package their plugin according to the WordPress guidelines.

I just purchased this theme and tried to install it. All went well until I have to install the plugin. All installed but the “Javo Core” Failed with the following error message – Installing the plugin…

1. You can change the field. But we don’t have the sub categories related to main categories.
2. Yes, please have a look at our intro page. You can change whole layouts of header, footer and also single listing detail page. Most of elements are created by widgets and you can replace or modify. FYI ) our support team can assist you to have your site like our demo. if you have many customization, it’s hard to assist all your own settings. You have to do the customization.

I am now interested in purchasing it.
Just need to clarify a few things before ordering.
1. Can the listing archive shows the shop video when it has one instead of its listing thumbnail?
2. Listing Video.. I prefer using self-hosted videos . Is that supported?
3. Blog Post Archive. Can it be 4 column layout. From your doc., I only see 3 columns at the most.
4. Can I also run a Woocommerce Shop with products also? My goal Listings = products from Businesses that sign up with my portal.
5. Can I have agents that market my listing service and have the commission calculated with this theme?
6. There will be Zoom Meeting Virtual Listings also. ie. Teachers. there is already a plugin available for that. Can we arrange a test to ensure it works properly in your theme?
7. Submit Post feature. Do I have access control on who can submit .

2. We don’t have self-hosting. it’s for YouTube, Vimeo etc
3. You can change it by Elementor column option.
4. You can run an online shop by WC.
5. You need to find a plugin for it.
6. Unfortunately, we can’t arrange for the test. We didn’t work on the compatibility.
7. Everybody ( login users ) can submit posts. You can set pending or publish for the new posts.
