Unfortunately my support ticket has not been answered for over 10 days, although it still has the status open. How so?
The support is very good. All issues are solved on the moment contacting the chat and that´s grate that I don´t need to wait a reply to an email which can be frustrating and can take a few days. Here I contact the support in the chat and problem solved.

the update fixed the problem but now when i use wp-optimize and merge the js files there is an error and page does not load Uncaught ReferenceError: $headerCartWrapper is not defined Uncaught ReferenceError: elementorModules is not defined for frontend min js (elementor and elementor pro)
Hi. Please note that minifying is an advanced process and minifying all the JS files on a website does raise that chance of functionality conflicts like this.
I’m sure you have noticed a similar notification in the WP-Optimize admin menu. This is not a bug and both sides should investigate their codes to see what’s causing this.
That being said, you can skip minifying the JS files or use the Autoptimize plugin which does not has this issue with the Phlox theme.

have been using phlox for a long time. our support has expired but need a help fixing a title tag issue. we are using all in one seo plugin to render title but the wp_head writes it’s own title before the plugin.
just want to know if the theme has its own function to write title if so where could i locate this to disable this

I purchased your WP theme a few weeks ago. I am currently designing my website with it but I suddenly started facing an error message which says:
“Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call the_content function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.”
Each time this happens, I get a blank white page in the Elementor page builder. This is happening on the home page. When viewed from the front end, page still displays the demo website I downloaded but I can’t do anything through the page builder due to this error.
Please how can I resolve this problem? It is kinda urgent.
I already think that the problem is probably a lack of memory situation.

Actually, it is one of the plugins that you guys bundled with your theme that caused me this massive content area was not found in your page headache. The particular plugin that’s causing the problem is Elements Pack. After a lot of wasted days of troubleshooting, I realized that the plugin is very buggy. I deactivated and deleted it, installed and switched to Elementskit (which I have used in another theme without any problems) and all my problems have disappeared miraculously.
I suggest you test the plugin (Elements Pack) compatibility with your theme extensively.
Oh and it Is not a lack of memory situation as I am designing my website locally with Wordpress running on top Xampp and there is enough memory for anything I am running.

Please note that we do check the bundled plugins with our theme. In fact not only we have checked them initially for the basic compatibility, but we also check them with each update of the theme and any update of those plugins, and this true for the Element Pack plugin.
It is possible to have some issue with the plugins when they release a new update but shortly after that wecheck and fix them. Please note that even if you are working locally, if the PHP Memory parameters are limited on your local server, you will face memory issues. You have to address this issue properly. Please refer to our guideline here for increasing the WP Memory parameter: https://docs.phlox.pro/article/216-server-requirements#elementor-issuesI’m sure that a 512MB available memory will do the work.

Never knew about the requirement of evanto elements to remove watermarks. I bought this theme exclusively to have the ‘pet shop’ template. But all the images are watermarked and asking me to purchase additional evanto elements (200$). If I would have known this, I would never purchased at all. Please do a refund and put a clear disclaimer that some kits require ‘evanto elements’ package.
Raised a ticket for the same but no response yet. Please check and do the needful.
Hi there, Well first of all I have to say you can simply use Phlox with no additional pay. You can simply import that demo and then the images goes with watermark since they have licensed protection, and then replace the images with your own image. As you may know mostly the content and images on demos are dummy data and our users need to replace them with their own. If you do want to have thoes images with no watermark, then you can simply sing in with your Envato Elements account and then import the demo, you can have a look at this for more details https://docs.phlox.pro/article/180-imported-images-watermarked
Also the $200 that you mentioned! I would like to make it clear that when you download an Image from Envato Elements you can use it on the used project so you can subscribe to their plan for 1 month and after that register all the images you want. Thanks but, every step I take is giving me an error. I f I want to edit the watermarked Images with elementor, the editing page is blank. Unable to replace the images that are shown in demo theme as well. Please I would request for refund. Its not working for me.

Hi, I am interested in purchasing this, for the post or event post, is it possible to do full width like pages? While disable dates, author etc. I would to create a landing page feel for the post/blog post or event post if that make sense? Do you have that flexibility?

Hi, the demos that ship with the theme still use legacy headers and footers, but there is a note in the customizer that these will be depreciated. When will that be exactly and am I at risk if I continue to build my website using these legacy settings? Thanks
Hi, I would recommend you to swith to header builder and create your header with that. About the demos that still using lagecy header orfooter We will change their header and footer one by one and after that we tell our users to make these changes a bit faster. So a short answer would be do not worry but please try to use header and footer builder on your site even if the demo still using lagecy options

Hello, I’m having issues with updating my site after Wordpress 5.5. I already checked your FAQ and updated Phlox Pro but the issue is still here and looks connected to master slider (I get an error related to it).
It also says that it needs to be updated (I have version 3.2.14 and I should update to 3.3.0) but if I try to update it says “update package not available). I already opened a ticket in your support but I’m also writing it here as the issue is pretty urgent as you can imagine.

Hi, the site crashed :/ I opened a ticket the last week, I saw you reply (or your colleague) today but after try to go from the phlox dashboard the site creashed.
It probably “thinks” that we are trying to update so it switched to a maintenance mode. I wrote there my ftp credentials, otherwise let me know if I should try to recover a backup. Thank you

Huge issue. The homepage is showing a blank screen (only the backend is able to be visited) – I get a ’’ERR_INVALID_REDIRECT’’ error on the homepage. Also in the back-end the Phlox plugins are not able to be updated, whenever I click update nothing happens. I have tried deactivating all plugins but the frontpage still shows a blank page.

Hi, there thanks for your suggestion but I would like to say right now you can also have something like this, you only need to activaite Phlox theme, phlox core elements plugin and Phlox pro tools. So if you do not need portfolio or shop news or others you can simply deactivaite Phlox protfolio, Phlox shop Phlox news plugins or all the other plugins that you do not need.

Yes, I know it. But the code would still be there to make the theme heavy and cause unnecessary distractions. A clean version with only the theme, core elements, pro tools and nothing else would make it a lot lighter, faster and as good as GeneratePress, I think more people would agree with this recommendation as well.
