Hello, your technical support, up until a month ago, has been great! You were very helpful with everything that I asked. However, you have suddenly stopped responding and I have given you plenty of time (a month and a half, going on almost 2 now) to respond to all my questions.
I paid for 12 months of support, not 3….I expected to receive 12 months since I paid for it! If I really do only get a few months of technical support instead of a year as stated in your product, then I would like a refund since the assistance is no longer available to me. I am willing to continuously work with your team, but I need assurance that if there is a problem with the theme, that I will receive an answer within 48 hours at most.

Thank you for your email regarding my 1-star review, but I gave you and your support team so many opportunities to carry out the support work I asked about before buying your theme, constantly chasing up, and never getting it done, so I gave up in the end.
It was only when I gave you an ‘honest’ 1-star review that your team immediately got in touch to carry out the support in order to get you to a 5-star rating.
The whole point of the review system is to be able to give honest feedback about your theme and support. I have no issue with the theme, with the exception of what should have been included in the theme, but it is let down by the support provided and the reason why I gave you a 1-star review.
Improve your support and I am sure other buyers of your theme will give you higher ratings.

I am yet again chasing support, and waiting for a ressolution to my iinitial issue request from almost 4 weeks ago!
I have to say communication and support have been terrible, promises of the issues to be looked at requesting FTP details and Admin rights, only to ignore and do nothing about it is not good support or business practice.
I have been very patient and given you and your support guys plenty of opportunities to resolve my issues, chasing up on support on far too many occasions.

I asked if this could be done over 2 months ago, before I purchased the theme, on this comment system, you stated it could be done by CSS, please check the thread of our conversations from 2 months ago. You never mentioned at that time that I would have to pay an extra fee for this!

I have checked the reply from your support. They are asking me to pay $25 to some minor css changesin order to have the telephone number shown in the header on mobile devices, as it is in the desktop version. I asked about this feature before buying the theme, and you stated it could be added with CSS, but never mentioned there would be an additional $25 charge for this!
I have been a member on Evanto for 11 years and never had to pay for support with any theme I have purchased, even when it is not quite standard support queries.
The request I am asking for should be included in the theme, and if not, should be added as a feature. In this mobile world we live in, having a telephone number shown in the header of mobile devices should be standard practice, especially as it already shows in the desktop layout.
Support is a significant factor for me when choosing a theme. Unfortunately, your theme is let down by support here, not being flexible on features that should already have been included in the theme without charging $25 each time for minor css changes is not good support practice if you want repeat business. This will deter me from purchasing future themes from you.

I sent over the login details yesterday morning as requested by your support guy, do you know when the css update will be carried out as I assumed it was going to be yesterday, but that was not the case?
I have not heard from support today either and need to go live with my website.
I was hoping that the update were going to be done yesterday. Your support team have not confrimed when they are going to make the updates I cannot postpose going live any longer.
I would appreciate a response to my email letting me know when you intend on making that changes and I will then have to create login details for the live site.

Hi I am looking for a fast loading theme that gives a good score on Google PageSpeed for SEO purposes, I just did a quick test on this theme and it only scored 14 on mobile layout, are you intending on tweaking the sites code so this theme can achive a better score…ideally it is recommended to hit 50+ for mobile use for SEO?
I really like this theme but there does appear to be issues with scoring on Google Page Speed, it states that the theme has excesses DOM size with 1,454 elements, which is very high. The site I will be building for a client is to be optimised for SEO and this will be a negative factor, are you intending on reducing the DOM elements and getting the theme to score higher in GPS?

to choose header layout for page: You can change it in Theme option: https://prnt.sc/rdzt8r and Page option: https://prnt.sc/rdztyy.
If you perform custom in Page option, your page will run with this set up and all set up in Theme option will be invalid. If you don’t perform custom any things, your site will run with all option in Theme option.
