Hi, I can’t change the logo on homepage. I tried changing it via customizations – logo settings but it doesn’t get updated on homepage. I submit a ticket as well but haven’t received any replies.

Logo is available for editing for each particular layout. See the layout-related shortcodes description in the Layouts section: https://partymaker.ancorathemes.com/doc/#layouts_settings_header

In case no logo is selected in the “Layouts: Logo” shortcode, the initial logo from the Appearance > Customize > Logo & Site Identity will be used.

HI There – I just purchased the theme today (20th May 2021) and after following the installation instruction, the theme doesn’t work as intended, see below the issues:

1- When I click on the appearance>theme>customise – it loads up but the main page shows a 500 error server and I need on the homepage button to get the page uploaded correctly?

2- When I try to amend a page’s content, I click on the “Edit with WPBakery Page Builder” but the issue is that all the features of the WPBakery don’t come up on the page, the page looks completely empty – where the option of add a new element etc are no where to be seen? Now I’ve used WPBakery before and this doesn’t look anything like it?

Can you please help, it’s urgent as I need to push the site live as soon as possible?

Hello, we bought this theme through Envato Elements, We wish to change to team slug to something else, please how do we go about that?

In order to change custom post slug, for example Services – you should edit cpt.php file from wp-content\plugins\trx_addons\cpt\ folder

'post_type_slug' => 'services',     is what should be edited.

After saving changes in the file, permalinks should be saved with Plain structure and then custom or whatever needed.

Hello, I have been using this theme for at least 1 and a half year without problems but yesterday I updated to last version and now my web does not apply the color scheme that I created in the section appearance, instead it looks like default color scheme. is it a bug? how can I fix it? Thank you

Solved. For other people with same problem, you only have to empty colors.css file to be rewrite automatically;)

In case the changes of the color schemes are not applied, please enable Debug mode (in Theme Panel > ThemeREX Addons > General tab) and save ThemeREX Addons settings.

It will re-write files.
