The timetables classes link structure still acts like the classes are displayed in the deprecated anchor structure – with a ”#” in it.
Embedded via WPB timetable module (pages or single class) the link is “https://yourpageurl.com/#classname”.
This happens in timetable.php on l. 193 – deleting the ”#” works but changing the core can’t be the solution.
Too, if you customize the slug in backend via “classes” > “permalink”, the timetable link still says “classes” instead of “customclassesslug”, but redirects/leads to “customclassesslug”.

Booking functionality is not included with theme timetable/schedule. If you would like to use this functionality, please check our Timetable plugin.
Hello, I bought this theme in 2017. I wanted to transfer it from site A to site B. But I have the 2017 file and there are bugs in the installation, all the plugins do not install and impossible to do the action “DUMMY CONTENT IMPORT”. You can’t use the same theme for 2 websites, you need to purchase separate license for your other site.

If you have any problems with your PHP version please let us know. We recommend to use PHP version recommended also by WordPress which is 7.4 or greater anyway theme will work well also on older PHP versions.
I’m having my developer update the theme template for our client and in the change log it says: “Important: please check this FAQ section if you are updating from version 12.1 and lower.” Which we are so when clicking on the FAQ link, I get: “You don’t have permission to view this topic.”
Can you either send me permission to view the important information or send me the info via e-mail. Seems a bit problematic to warn of errors but not provide the info.

Yes, we are logged in and support is expired, there is no reason why my client should be paying you to tell our developer what is wrong with the theme. We need to update it. If there are errors, you should be providing the information for everyone, not extorting more money for support. As you can see, I’ve been with Envato for over ten years, I have the purchase code. You could have cut and pasted from the FAQ page and sent it to me, would have taken 2 min of your time.
FAQ section is available under theme documentation file and also on the support forum even if your support period has expired. You can still access support in read only mode.
i have V11.0 and apparently it stopped totally, now chance you pay you to do the upgrade for us? if there is any service like this plz let me know. it’s impossible to follow upgrade instructions and keep messaging back and forth.

Is the theme timetable function the same as the plugin or are there differences between the two?
And will the theme timetables and other widgets work with elementor page builder?

Included timetable functionality is not the same, plugin is offering more features, for example bookings. Theme is including WPBakery Page Builder and we’re recommending to use it. Components are not prepared for Elementor, so you will need to use shortcodes.

Could you please release an update for the packaged version (6.3.0) of WPBakery? WPBakery Page Builder versions 6.4 and lower have a cross-site-scripting vulnerability. Since the plugin is included, WordPress updater can’t update the plugin to the latest version.
“In such case, you need to wait for your WordPress theme author to update WPBakery Page Builder on their side and push it to you. Also, support related questions should be addressed to your WordPress theme provider.” – WPBakery FAQ

We just updated to the newest gymbase version but wpbakery is stuck at 5.6 and when we click update it says it succesfully updated but it doesnt work

When trying to add or edit a blog post I am unable to add media because of javascript errors. Chrome DevTools inspector shows these:

I’ve cloned the site to investigate the issue. I’ve disabled all installed plugins to rule out that the issue is caused by incompatibility. After disabling the plugins the problem still persists. A fix would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. Our official support ended so posting a new topic is impossible. Nevertheless, I feel that it’s worth mentioning the problem for potential buyers. I hope that this has something to do with the incompatibility with WordPress 5.5 and that you will fix it soon.
