I mean update the WPQA plugin, if you can’t log in to the admin, open your FTP account or your file manager from your host and delete the WPQA plugin totally and you will find a note in your admin to install it again.

Ah ok, that space is for the cover image. But if a user is not using this option it just takes allot of space out of the header area with no value.
Can is/there an option to disable this or make it at least smaller if there is no cover?
But it will not look good, it must be for all the same thing.
