There is a big performance issue in the latest theme version 2.27. We updated our huber theme from 2.17 to 2.27, so unfortually we can’t say in which huber version this issue within huber/lib/sections/hub/hub-tabs.php was coming to code base.
We think the problem is the SQL-query in the lines 28 to 62 in huber/lib/sections/hub/hub-tabs.php (version 2.27). After the theme update the load of our database raises from 0.08 to > 2 and the amount of database connection raises from ~15 to > 600. This was killing the complete website.
Our solution was to rollback only this file to the file of huber version 2.17. Fortunately the rest of the theme hasn’t any problem with this kind of rollback.

admin login details are not possible. It’s a live site with many hundreds of thousands of users every day.
I’m not able to replicate this issue on my server and nobody else has reported it so it’s not possible to diagnose the problem without access to your site unfortunately.

I’m pretty sure the reported problem occurs only on realy large sites. Our wordpress has around 40k post and 95% of them are articles which are associated to hub pages. On your demo page are only some hundred postings, so the problems wouldn’t appear.
I can see how that would cause a high database load with regards to the code in hub-tabs.php.
I’ll include the ability to disable this code in the next theme update, as it’s not essential, it just detects whether there’s any posts to load in order to the show relevant hub tabs.

I’ve search and it seems like you wanted to add RTL at some point but maybe the demand was not high.
Do you consider adding RTL version also ? I have 0 idea how to make LTR to RTL and want to use this theme so bad

There are no plans to add RTL support to this theme. As is stated at the top of the item page, this theme will not receive new feature updates, only essential updates and bug fixes. 
Hi, I am really considering switching from my current theme to HUBER. It looks fantastic. BUT I saw a comment saying you work on a new review theme (which then might be even better?) – do you have a release date yet? Or can you at least tell me if it makes sense to start working with HUBER now – will there be a easy way later to switch to the new theme?

I can’t give an ETA on the new theme currently, but I would recommend waiting for the new theme, if you’re in no rush to start your new site. I’m not sure about whether it will be easy to switch from Huber to the new theme currently.
Hi, I’ve juste bought your theme and have a question : Is that possible to add a User Rating Box into a page/post ? I don’t find this widget in the WP Bakery editor. I’ve Gauge too and it seems to be possible in it but not in Huber ? Tks
In fact, I want this : In a hub “A” with a “site rating”, I want to associate an another hub “B” with its own site rating. But when I do that and when I open the hub B page, I see the hub A User Rating Box, and not the hub B user rating. Tks
Well, I found something : in the hub B parameters, I can choose the “Primary Hub” to “Select a primary hub which will be shown in the hub header, GP Rating Box and GP Affiliates widget for this post/page.”. But if nothing is fill in this field, the hub A datas are shown, and not the hub B datas

Theme’s do not back up your content. You export all your WordPress data including reviews from Tools > Export. There are also many backup plugins available.

Hi, I saw your theme and I must admit that it is really beautiful, in fact I decided to buy it to build my review site, it is expensive but I think it will be worth it.
I wanted to ask you two things:
1) I noticed that at the end of each review page there are two lists, on the left there is the “Good” column while on the right there is the “bad” column, but in order to buy your theme I absolutely need that you implement the ability to rate each technical feature in such a way that the final grade is the average of these individual marks, I saw that you did extraordinary things in this theme, so I think implementing such a thing for you is a no-brainer.

1) You can set multiple criteria/ratings for each post, but these are not related to the good/bad points. See an example: https://huber.ghostpool.com/demo-reviews/forza-horizon-3-review-ps4/
2) There are no options to modify the field types of the filter box or filter without pressing the button.
Please note:
This theme is priced much higher than the average theme to reduce the number of new customers and cover the costs of continuing development for existing customers. The theme will still receive bug fixes and essential feature updates. Unfortunately Envato does not offer the ability to charge for updates or for a subscription to the theme, which would be better ways of charging customers for continued development.

2) Is it possible to move (forever) the internal search engine indicated at the top right by that magnifying glass to place it at the top in the center for a long? exactly as it is shown after a search, and can this give me data on the searches my visitors do?
1) I have no tested this plugin, but it will depend on whether the plugin can search for custom taxonomies – if so it should work, but I suggest asking the plugin developer.
2) There is no option to move this you will need to use CSS to do this. WordPress does not log search data by default, you’ll need to use a plugin for this.
Pre-purchase: Is there a way to find more information on the advertising capability, such as all the possible placements, is there a dashboard/analytics for the advertiser, and payment integration?

The theme itself does not have any advertising features. It allows you to insert ads within posts or pages using the Text widget or element for example like any theme. However it is compatible with the Advanced Ads plugin here: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-ads/

Ultimate Reviewer is compatible with Huber, but it’s not been tested the other way around as in using your Huber review data via the plugin with another theme. It should work, but I can’t guarantee this. Also note this does include the hub pages, hub tabs etc. just the review data e.g. site/user ratings, good/bad points etc.

We have the newest version of the theme installed but the featured slider has the images cut off and zoomed in. Not sure how what caused the change but could use some advice.

Since some months in the Google review of my website that uses Huber theme review stars are not shown, maybe for a Google Structured Data change, is there a way to show them again?
