Pagination stopped working on my site. Is this a known issue?
I’ve tried every possible option except testing plugin conflict. I know they were working and now they are not. Not sure when this happened?
Any suggestions would be helpful.

I tested plugin conflict then rolled back to WP v5.4.2 and it’s working now. Other elements also disappear within pages as well upon further investigation using WP v5.51. :/

Ok. Theme was already updated to v2.0.3, but I overlooked updating theme core plugins. Upon updating those, pagination started working again with WP v5.5.1, but now other items not (main picture below slider disappears, button 1 & button 2 not working). Still had to revert back to WP v5.4.2 so everything functions.
Can you please send wp access + ftp access through the form in this page > http://themeforest.net/user/GoodLayers ? (And can you please update to WP5.5.1 as well so we can see the issue directly? You can convert it back after we finish inspecting this.)

I just sent you a reply. The issues I was experiencing yesterday have miraculously resolved after updating WP and theme plugins again. Thank you very much for your time and quick response!

Is there a way to customize the widget so it can be hidden in mobile mode? I can’t see the options in the widget section.
Unfortunately, we don’t have that feature.
But you can use custom css to hide it directly in this case.

Please note that if you’re using WordPress.com, you will need at least the business plan to use custom theme : https://take.ms/JECZM , https://wordpress.com/pricing/
Or you may use third party host provide to use custom theme with lower cost such as DreamHost, SiteGround or Host gator and etc..

Hi , I have so much instead for this theme for a more then one client so before purchase , I know the theme supports WPML but all my clients websites will be in Arabic which will be made in RTL layout, in previous questions you said that is there is an CSS RTL file but I don’t see any RTL demos for the theme in your website. please confirm that I will not have a problem with RTL layout , thanks in advance.

In this you need to put extra css to hide menu only in homepage. We can easily guide you for that.
Alternatively, we have option to disable the whole header for specific page but in this case, logo will be hidden as well.
Hi! I have few questions before purchase: 1º.- Is it possible a random option on the team member section? I mean, we are more than 30 members and I need to show members in differet positions when you refresh the webpage. 2º.- Is it possible to have categories in order to make groups of team members? 3º.- Do you have any “trial period” or any kind of period where I can test the team in order to see If is what I need? 1. Yes, you can use the WPML or Polylang plugin to create a multilingual site with our theme.
2. Yes, that’s possible to disable. This is an option in the theme, you can see the colored version when you hover over the photos.
3. You can show upto 5 columns and as many rows of team members as you want.
4. Yes, you can use embed codes from any social networks in a widget or in the page-builder.
Is there an option for a phone number button to appear in the header on the mobilerendering?
You may try putting html code for that : https://www.gaintap.com/blog/clickable-website-phone-number-and-call-tracking-guide/ but in this case, you must enable top bar in mobile view as well.

Why does this theme say it´s not Gutenberg Optimized but it´s from 2019? I´m actually looking for a Gutenberg-native theme, with e-commerce.

Actually our themes supports Gutenberg, you can use with it without any problems. The reason is Envato requires a lot of thing to mark it ‘Yes’ and such one pint failed, they required us to mark as ‘No’ (ie some small styling issue.).
So I can assure this won’t be an issue. You can 100% use Gutenberg with this theme.

Only one regular license is allowed for one website. However, there’s no annual cost except the support part that need to be renewed by 6 months(but if you don’t need support anymore, you don’t have to renew it.)

Hello, how can I remove some icons from the social network bar in demo3? I would like to keep instagram and facebook for example, but the whole bar is unmodificable, I am only able to put links, not delete any icon.

Editor of the theme does not work. I have imported the demo and the editor does not load properly, neither all the content of the editor load. Please see the screenshots

how do i get the slider revolution code?
The purchase code for slider is not necessary. It’s used for auto updater. However, the slider that’s included in this theme is being used as ‘Extended license’, it’s considered as a bonus file which doesn’t support auto updater. If you need to use auto updater, you have to purchase slider’s regular license separately. But as I said, It’s not necessary, you can still use slider that come with the theme like its’ regular license and we still keep pushing slider’s update in future theme’s version as well
