Hi, I have followed the steps updating the purchased Theme as directed in the steps you sent me https://docs.themegoods.com/docs/architecturer/getting-started/how-to-update-the-theme/ & the update failed. Saying: “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.”
Any suggestion how I can update? My site stopped working now as the older Theme is clashing with 5.5 WOrdpress

Please unzip the file first. You will find architecturer-v….installable file there and upload that file to update the theme.

love what I see. 2 questions as I consider buying:
1) the sliders (like e.g. Split Slick Slider etc): are they capable to display posts / custom post types, or are all the example sliders with ‘view project’ button etc. custom made?
2) as to galleries: can you say something about captions and how they are possibly displayed? and maybe point me to examples?

1. It doesn’t display dynamic contents technically but you can create slides using Elementor and link each one to any URL for example post, page.
2. Yes you can display image title, caption there. It will displays over image when move mouse over it.

Slider doesn’t support background video. However you can add background video to full section of theme but it doesn’t slide. It’s fixed background video section.

I hate the idea to BUY extra support because of bugs that I found and there is no other way to report it..! (standard 3 months expired for me..) You should care about your product and allow customers to report bugs anytime.
Bug is related with polylang (which is kind-of supported) and footer. Theme itself cannot recognize translated footer – it can only show footer from one language only – the one selected in theme settings.
Example: I have 2 languages EN and DE with 1 DE footer and 1 EN footer. In theme settings I have to pick something so I choose default EN version – it is visible only in EN, DE doesn’t show it. If I select DE footer – no footer is visible on EN version but on DE only. Theme should pick translated versions of footer, not only the selected one with matching language..
This clearly looks like theme issue.

The theme doesn’t work for me as it doesn’t have a custom portfolio type and I’ve to manually add items at various places whenever there is a new project to be added.. even if someone would do it we would end up having 100’s of portfolio pages to keep track of..

1. You can use all free Elementor widgets and custom ones from theme.
2. Currently it doesn’t support this option. We are working on the new version of theme which will provide this functionalities along with many additional demos and features. It will be ready to download soon.
Add a Custom Portfolio post type, otherwise it is useless. 
The breakpoints don’t work. I set them in the Elementor settings, but they aren’t connected to anything.

Hello, first of all cheers for one of the cleanest and best looking theme on the market. I have a very little issue with the orizontal timeline, and would like to fix it, or try to.. I have about 30 dates, divided in 4 sections (more or less) – but it works as intended only if i click on back arrow. When i click forward arrow it jumps to the last date. Is there any chance to make it advance of “one step” in the pagination, or anyway not to jump to the last date available maybe? Thanks a lot for your help, is a very minor flaw but my client is… “an extravagant one”...

I usually use WPML but I don’t know if its compatible with elementor builder. Also, I want to add virtual spaces using iframe codes. Yes you can also use WPML for multi languages. It’s compatible with Elementor. Also you can use other free plugin ex. Polylang too.

Hi, I am afraid there is no such option as downloading the updates as you are suggesting, that is why I asked It shows only: download all files & documentation, installable Wordpress file, licence certificate in PDF & text. Could you please point me out?

You say ‘no coding knowledge required’ but from this upload it is not clear what to do, what version is this, what has been updated from the version I purchased (make a decision if there is a need to update), if this is will wipe out all current settings. It suggests this will reload everything from scratch which is undermining the work done so far.
Please can you include the guide on how to proceed so ‘only update’ is installed & no settings lost. FYI it is obvious website would need to be backed up. Thank you !
When updating theme, it won’t replace or remove any of your settings. Technically it will update all theme’s files and folders.
