For your information, you can only use 1 license for each domain/website, that based on the Regular License. That mean you only need to purchase 1 more license of the theme in case you want to install the theme in new domain/website.

This is a common WordPress plugin installation issue, please go to your “wp-content/plugins” folder via FTP and manual delete “tlg_framework” folder and try to install the plugin again.

The theme is compatible with WPML plugin only, we haven’t tested the theme with polylang, but since this is 3rd party plugin, you may want to try to ask the polylang support at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/polylang/ to see if they can help you out.

In case you want to use multi languages website, please have a look at 2 multilingual plugins below:

- WPML: https://wpml.org/ (recommended & fully compatible with the theme)

- Polylang : https://wordpress.org/plugins/polylang/

2. Regrading to your request, it’s the custom work with your site but not a specific theme. In this case, we suggest that you find a developer at Envato Studio (https://studio.envato.com/) so they can check it for you.

Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by the theme since we only support WPBakery Page Builder for the theme. It may work with default layout of elementor, but not other features as in the live demos.

The mobile menu has very small wide screensize, and there is not many spaces to display the regular menu. So it’s only support mobile menu for now.
