I want to purchase this theme however i need some clarification

The theme removes expired jobs automatically? If yes! Is it possible to keep expired job offers to be visible after their end date?

Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out, and we are here to help you out.

With regard to your query here: The site admin can change the expiration on jobs or leave it blank so that there is no expiration. If you need to keep the expired jobs visible, you can go to the Job Listing Settings where there is an option to “Hide Expired Listings” and unchecking the option will display the expired listings within other job listings.

I hope this information helps. Please feel free to reach out once again in case of any questions.

I want to purchase this theme however i need some clarification.

1. Is it possible to remove the map completely? 2. Is it possible to modify the apply for job such that when candidates click nn the link it directs them to an external link (for listings with an external link) without having to register? 3. Is it possible to send candidates job alerts?

Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out to us and we are here to help you.
With respect to your query here:

  1. Yes, you can remove the map from the job listings page. You can do this by changing the Page Template. Selecting another option instead of the “Map and Results” template will provide only results without a map.
  2. It is also possible to link the apply button either to an email address or a URL. You may opt to use an email address for listings without an external link.
  3. In order to add a ”Job Alerts” alerts feature, you will need the Job Alerts plugin. Allowing candidates to get notified when a new job is posted that matches their saved criteria.

I hope this information helps. Please feel free to reach out once again in case of any questions.

Hi! I have a pre-purchase question,

Is it possible to automatically approve employers to post a job based on certain criteria’s? For example: If part of the signup form for employers I ask for how many years they have been in business, then based on their answer (if they say more than 5 years) they get approved to post a job. Hope I made myself clear.

If not, do you provide the service to add this particular function?

Thanks in advance

Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out to us, As per your question here,

Since you are site administrator, you have the authority to accept or cancel any pending job postings. You would review them from within the WordPress backend and allow the posting to be published or deleted. However, there is currently no feature that can do this automatically. Unless you set the jobs to be posted automatically without the need for admin approval.

I hope this clears things up. Please feel free to reach out once again in case of any questions.

Hi i am planing to build a website for load board and shipping can we edit da field of employees and add some extra fields like load type. From. To. Or some drop down inputs

Hey there,

Yes you can edit the fields using the Wp Job Manager Field Editor plugin.

I would however suggest checking out our Listify theme as Jobify is more of a Job Listing directory site.

I hope this helps.

Do I have to purchase all the add-ons for WP Job Manager separately as some comments have identified? Can I have a list of all the plugins bundled in with the theme?

Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out, As per your query here

No, you do not have to purchase all WP Job Manager add ons for the theme to function. To get the list of plugins that comes with the theme’s classic demo please find it on our doc here.

Hi, I have a question, can this theme be translated to Spanish for example?, do all the necesary plugins are included? or there’s plugins to buy after the purchase of the template?

thankyou!

Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out, As per your query here

Yes the theme can be translated to Spanish or any other language. You can do this using the GlotPress plugin. Please read our doc here to achieve this: https://kb.astoundify.com/article/how-to-translate-jobify-to-your-own-language-using-glotpress

The theme does come with recommended plugins which you need to install and activate for it to work with the demo. You can find some of the free required plugins here: https://kb.astoundify.com/article/992-what-plugins-are-used-by-the-jobify-classic-demo/”.

Hi. My client likes this theme, but before purchase I have a few questions.

1: She needs it to work with the Bullhorn Career Portal, is this possible? Or does WP Job Manager do the same thing?

2: The demo doesn’t seem to suggest there is a ‘Team’ or ‘About Us’ page? Can we have them?

3: Some of the reviews mention that to get the site to work with the demo, lots of other ‘paid’ plugins need installing. Can you list them and say which are free and which are paid?

Thank you.

Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out to us, As per your questions here,

      1. You can use the theme to work on any job-board functionality. The theme also uses WP Job Manager to add, manage and categorize any job listings.
      2. You can always create your preferred pages (‘Team’ or ‘About Us’) via WordPress pages and add content onto them.
      3. The theme does come with recommended plugins which you need to install for the demo to work. Some of them include: WooCommerce(free), WP Job Manager(free), Company Profiles(free), Contact Listing(free), Regions(free), Simple Registration(free).

To add more functionality to your site, you can add Elementify and other WP Job Manager add ons which are paid and free.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    A quick pre buy question..

On the Demo of the theme, I saw Elementor pages. But it is not in the features that it is compatible with Elementor. Can you explain this?

    Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out, As per your questions here,

We currently have a plugin known as Elementify which provides Elementor compatibility for our themes. The plugin allows you to build full pages, with the drag and drop system. Find out more about this on our post here.

hi. Is it possible to get paid for something with this page? maybe like some charge for posting a job or get paid to display contact information or something like this? also, in case your answer is yes: is it possible to use Stripe or only Paypal? thanks.

    Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out, As per your questions here,

It is indeed possible to get paid from the job listings. With the integration of Woocommerce and Woocommerce Paid Listings you can create a pricing package on your site. Please find out more on this here.

As for the payment gateways, both Stripe and Paypal are supported.

I hope this information helps. Please feel free to reach out once again in case of any questions.

    Hi Astoundify.

I’m just curious and I am not asking for free support. I’d just like straight answer to a simple question

I’d like to know if you aware of this behavior (that happened at least to us after we updated to WordPress 5.5 yesterday) where it suddenly creates gaps in the grid/between sections. See the screenshot here: https://www.screencast.com/t/PgxHy1T6yX It is a bit weird, but prior to the update WordPress it was normal without any gaps between the sections. So is this something you also might have seen too as behavior and result of updating to the latest WP version 5.5?

Thank you in advance for your kind answer
    Kind regards
    AngryWarrior

    Hello!

    I have question.

Is possible add in category filter (counter) ? To show how much jobs are in category.

    Hey there,

Unfortunately this is not possible by default. It would entail custom work to have this implementation.

Unfortunately, we just don’t have the resources to offer custom work right now. However, we are partnered with and highly recommend Envato Studio or Codeable If you need help customizing your theme.
