Hi there, We would like to update the plugin Elementor Pro, which comes bundled with the theme, to its latest version. However, when we download the theme, the latest version seems to be 2.8.5. Could you please provide us with the latset version of the plugin?

No, you don’t need to purchase Elementor Pro. This layout is included in the theme.

Hi I’ve purchased the theme today and tried to import the demo content. But the loading is taking too long and keep loading on the Downloading page without moving. I tried 3 times still the same. And I tried to create a ticket at your support website but when I tried to submit the ticket an error pops-up saying “WHOOPS, SOMETHING WENT WRONG …” without any explanation just a black dot in the pop up box. Could you please help?

Only Stroke icons can use that animation. You can also find and upload your custom stroke icons to use as well.

I’m having the same issue as others here. The theme’s demo import feature does not import the pages to look exactly as the demo on their billey.thememove page. Please push an update for this feature. I already have a private ticket open with you guys as well.

You should create a private ticket by your account – you just need to login by your envato account, then you can create the ticket.

We only have this notice: https://prnt.sc/uddpa6 – I don’t know which GPDR popup you are talking about.

If you’re considering this theme for client website, then BEWARE, especially if you think you’ll need support. I’ve tried to post a CRITICAL ticket 3 different times at https://thememove.ticksy.com. And, I even paid the extra money for the 6 months of extended support. Don’t waste your money on that because I’ve still had ZERO RESPONSE!

I’ve even commented on other public tickets that describe the same issues I’m having. All have ZERO responses.

MORE IMPORTANTLY – If you go to the link above and browse through the public tickets created in the last week, you’ll see that many many people are having the same issue as I’ve described below.

Here’s the full unedited content of my 3 different tickets:

I’ve just installed Billey on a brand new instance of Wordpress. I followed the instructions step by step. I’ve installed all of the required plugins and added my Elementor Pro License.

The demo imported with no problems. However, there’s a problem with a lot (not all) of the templates that came from the demo import. Half of the page templates look just like the demo which is good. (See Screenshot) The other half of the page templates, with the exception of the slider section, all have layout issues such as: their all one column, no padding, nothing like the demos on your site. The images and copy (text) is all there. But, they’re not at all styled like the demos on your site. (See screenshot)

Most of the templates for inner pages like About, Contact, Services, etc. are all having the same issues as above. (See screenshot)

Again, this was a brand new instance of Wordpress. No posts, no pages, no plugins, etc were installed.

I also followed your instructions for Wordpress 5.5 here: https://thememove.ticksy.com/article/16278/ but the problems still exist.

Finally, I’m also getting an error when I try to open the Plugins.zip and billey.zip files that were included with the Theme Files I download from Themeforest after purchasing the theme. You can see the error in the attached screenshots.

I think you are in hurry, however, creating different tickets for the same problems doesn’t make the issue get solved faster. My advice is just following up your recent tickets and if you want to add anything, you can edit the previous comment, or your ticket will get down to the list.

Moreover, Elementor Pro is not included with the theme.

I have bought your theme yesterday and have been trying to make it work twice on a fresh installation of Wordpress. I’ve got the latest update you’ve released today, did again a fresh installation and yet every time it seems like it’s not loading the css. I’m having troubles with the fashion boutique landing page for example.

About the WP 5.5 – we have solved all issues that relate to this terrible update of WordPress. People’s websites are working good with Billey right now.

About the images and illustrations, they are just used for preview purpose only, you may need to purchase the licenses to use them.
