Your client are using too old version of version of theme. So update may break your site so we recommend you to update theme on a development server. So clone your live site on a development server and than update theme on that development server so you can be sure that update will not break your site. Hello. After latest Theme updating, I am finding difficulties with adding new post which is related with:
1) Title field is missing (gone) 2) I can’t select Tabs over title field (which is missing now anyway). Tabs like i.e. :Standard, Audio, Pictutre, Link, Video For the record, I tried different web browsers – didn’t help
Any idea what may causing this issue?

This should be not happen we already solved this issue in our previous theme update. So after theme update clear your caches or strong refresh your page (ctrl + Shift + R) than check it. It will be working.

How to Change Footer Logo ? Unable to Change tried several times.

It is very easy to change footer logo. Just go to Admin > Appearance > Widget > Footer 2nd row – First Widget Area. Than set your footer logo path and save your changes. It will be done.

Hello. After some time of using this theme I wanted to add custom code code to this theme (pixel code) but I can’t save any changes:
“There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.”
Even if I do not change anything I can’t save “Theme option” settings. I did not change anything in server settings, and I was able to save changes in this area before. Don’t know what happened but it’s weird.

Hello! Tabs/accordion/tour from WP Bakery Builder don’t seem to work. Tabs are displayed but when you click it just scrolls down to the last tab. I do have another question. Trying to find the code to add the button on the top header, where you have “Appointments” in a box on your demo. I want to use that for a donate button for my non profit. I know the spot for the code, but everything I enter there, does not show up. Its where the Header Button option area is and it says to enter this there. “[vc_btn title=”APPOINTMENT” style=”outline” color=”black”]”
But it not working. I want to change that to DONATE with a link for out URL payments.

It is very easy to set link of appointment button. The “Header Button Area” shortcode is part of Visual Composer Button Element. So you can copy the code generated by Visual Composer plugin directly. So just start to edit a new page and add your button code in it. Than set your button link via Visual Composer Element. Than go to “Classic Mode” and copy the shortcode and just paste it in Header Button Area section. Save your changes and it will be done.
