Hello.
I want to buy one of your beautiful templates, but I have some questions before buying.
If the template does not include a BLOG and slider as shown in the tutorial, can I still create them?
Or do I need to choose one of them which includes these features?
Can I change anything in the pre-built template like for example: layouts of blog or pages or the header, options of the slider, fonts, color etc?

All demos are included in Enfold and you can use all features on all demos. You can add blog and slider to all demos. You can also simply edit the pages after importing demos and change anything you like on the page as needed

Hello, I got a critical error notification about the Enfold theme a couple of weeks ago so our site hasn’t been working. I updated to the current theme version and still nothing – still a critical error with the theme. What am i missing?? Any advice gratefully received. Thank you!

Hello. After last update or Wordpress I’m getting critical error an can only login in recovery mode. This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin back end.
I had this message in recovery email
An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 243 of the file /home/mwaesthe/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/inc-autoconfig.php. Error message: require(): Failed opening required ’/home/mwaesthe/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/function-set-avia-ajax.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php73/root/usr/share/pear’)
How can I solve this?

Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to upgrade PHP to 7.4?

I am getting this error in Google webmaster for some pages and not for other pages.
Page is not mobile friendly: 1. Text to small to read 2. Clickable elements too close together
I checked with many mobile devices but its looking fine and in google webmaster its showing error.

Hello we bought the theme and added the purchase key and it’s not pulling or telling me if the theme needs to be updated in theme section in the backend of WordPress. Any idea or do we have to always load via FTP. Thanks

Hi,
Please update the theme via FTP and then tabs on the left side would appear so you could insert Personal Token in Theme Update tab. It seems like you are using older version of the theme on the latest version of WordPress at the moment

Unfortunately, there is not so similar layout design in any of our demos I am afraid, however, I think https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-restaurant/ or https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-restaurant-one-page/ would be great for starting. You could create such using Enfold’s Advanced Layout Builder elements.

Hi, i have a client who has come to me with a website that has Enfold theme on it but it has v4.4.1 and i cant see how to update the theme. All of the standard options in the options menu have disappeared, he isn’t using a child theme. How do i update the theme for him? If i buy a new license for him and install the them fresh will i loose everything he has now, as that isn’t an option?

Envato has updated their API and we have implemented those changes in Enfold 4.5, so any version older than that needs to be updated manually.

I update to the latest version of your theme and without problems, but when I update to wordpress 5.5 it takes a long time to load, and investigating I found out that the problem was in the option to preload the page, once deactivated it works fine again. For the next update check this parameter.
