Hello, I want to buy this template but I see a lot of negative comments. Is this really a bad template? and when was the last update because themeforest shows that on September 11 and in the update history you show that Version: 4.0.0 Release: Oct 24, 2018? Is this template up to date?

this template is not good many bug and very slow …... the file that we get from encato are note updating …. the documentation is before many years. This is very bad template and also the price is very high….. the demo are not like in the preview …... no documentation for nothing I want refund

I’m having issues importing demo data to my website. When I click import demo data I receive the following error:
Error: Service Unavailable (503)
It’s a brand new site with no plugins or configurations.

I’ve managed to resolve this issue but I’m now facing another.
I’ve successfully imported demo data but when i view my site, I just get a blank white screen. When viewing the console, I see the following errors:

When adding an Instagram feed, I get an error “instagram returned. invalid data”
After upgrading from Strollik Core to Strollik5 Core and the 360 rotation menu has disappeared. Elementor/Elementor Pro only work in Safe mode. I’ve checked all the other plugins and it seems to be a problem with the Strollik core plugin.

Also, another question. Why don’t all Stollik templates have their own custumized shop and instead they have a single generic shop page that is shared beetween them all?
if thats the case, it is a lot of work to custumize and very lacking… Which is a pitty beacause I really like the design of each template even though some of them are not widescreen

Problem with the Strollik Core plugin!
When I sell a product in my store with discount, after the sale of the product my prices goes back to the old price immediately.
Example:
Product price is €100 – Discount price is €80 – Customer buys products for €80 – After the sell, the product goes back to €100
I checked all the plugins and when disabling the Strollik Core plugin the problem is solved. So please, how can you solve this?

Hi, I’m still waiting, at he moment I solved the OPAL TEAM BOX issue turning off WPML editor in that page and proceeded with manual translation. I still have the issue with footer, I tried in the same way, but it doesn’t even work with manual translation.

Hello, I installed the theme but the footer now shows under the page, both on product and the shop page. No matter the length of the actual page, the footer shows up below the content on the page. I already wrote to help@wpopal.com, but still no answer. Can someone help me here?

This is a rip-off, this theme is so expensive and DOESNT EVEN WORK!!! i would stay well clear of anything created by WpOpal. Even the free themes dont allow you to import the demo data. I am going to request a refund. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How is it that i was told that i am running the old version (1.0) when these are the only files that i am able to download from envatomarket for the Strollik Website. And then in that case, why dont you send me a link to download the correct files. I think the website support is terrible and the support team beat around the bush instead of give you accurate and helpful support. Why am I paying so much for a theme and support when i am not even getting the support. (Also, you shouldnt be so quick to agree to a refund, but it is because you know your themes have issues).
