Need to change the header options in a page, and the theme options in the pages entries don’t work since the last wordpress update. how can i solve this issue?

The bundled plugins should be updated to their latest versions. We have included Themerex Updater plugin in the theme package. The plugin allows to update all the bundled plugins in the Dashboard http://jacqueline.themerex.net/doc/#themerex_updater.

It is possible to add this functionality into WooCommerce by means of some extra plugins. For example, https://www.flycart.org/blog/woocommerce/5-best-discount-coupon-generator-for-woocommerce. You may try using one of the plugins with the theme. In case some additional stylesheets are needed for its full compliance with the theme, our Customization studio can create them for you.

Hi Just purchased it – loving the theme. but got a question.

Re the bookly plugin that you are using, we are a bit confused about taking payments online. Do we need to purchase the Pro version of the plugin? Which is $89?

Also we want to take payments via paypal and stripe. Do we need to buy addons further more?

The FREE version of Bookly plugin is included in the theme package. Online payments, unlimited number of staff members and services, and ability to install add-ons are not available in the free version http://jacqueline.themerex.net/doc/#bookly. When I ran the latest update, my client’s website collapsed. I had to went back to the previous version to have the website back running. I could find the previous version only on a different website and uploaded it but I’m worried about it as it is probably not an authorized version. Could you please help me with your latest update, it’s not working?

Hello, Jacqueline is a great and amazing theme ! Since 3 years we use it for a spa center in France. Now we want to add booked . Everything is ok except 1 thing : in the order process, product doen’t march with the cart so, it isnt added to the order and the virtual product that must be downloaded by user isn’t sent ! Presale Question. I like the layout of “HOME 3” with a boxed white content area and an image background. Does that “image background, white boxed layout” ONLY apply to the home page or will it carry through to all the sub pages also.

I get stuck at 80% for Revolution Slider when I download the demo content. I’ve edited my PHP settings and set memory to 512. I’m still not getting the demo content downloaded. Am I missing something?

When I tried to update my wordpress theme, Jacqueline, to version 1.6.2 and I received this error “An error of type E_PARSE was caused in line 1 of the file​..../wp-content/themes/jacqueline/functions.php. Error message: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’, expecting end of file”​

I followed the steps in the theme documentation for updating the theme (I did it using the FTP method). I deleted the existing theme and copied over the updated theme directory (that I got off of the ThemeForest website) into the wp-contents/theme directory, but received that error above when I tried to access my website’s wordpress admin dashboard.

Please let me know how to fix this error.

1. It is possible to enable the Login/Logout button in Appearance – Theme Options – Header http://prntscr.com/ta06c4, http://prntscr.com/ta073f. It will display on mobile as well, in burger menu, like this http://prntscr.com/ta07gn.

2. The users Profile options are as follows in Wordpress https://wordpress.org/support/article/users-your-profile-screen/. You can define the user roles to control what users can and cannot do within the site https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/

In wp-content/plugins/trx_utils/includes/support.team.php file, please replace the following piece of code ‘rewrite’ => true

with:

‘rewrite’ => array( ‘slug’ => ‘test’ )

where “test” is the slug you need.

Then go to Settings – Permalinks – switch to ‘Default permalinks, save and then back to custom and save.

I created a custom sidebar for my website in functions.php. It does show up in the widgets menu however, when i go to a page setting, the sidebar does not appear in the theme options as it only allow me to choose between “Main Sidebar” and “Footer Sidebar”.

Could you please advise how to display the custom sidebar on a specific page ?

I love this theme, full of options, had a slow start with it, it’s slightly different then i was used too, but surly recommend it. i have one problem tho, i get a message that there is a update for the child theme, after updating i get a succes notification, but the theme is not updated

edit: got more problems now after trying to update i get a critical error after trying to make or edit a page and the header image on that page won’t change anymore, i ques i have to make a ticket
