Warning: Do Not Buy This Theme** I installed , but it doesn’t work properly. Issues include: broken layout, slow loading times, and unresponsive customization options. I’ve tried troubleshooting with no success.

No need to lay and to add a fake review. You asked for the installation service and I said that is $39, I haven’t asked for more money, something you sent, and then right after that you opened a PayPal dispute just to get the free installation and now you want also the money back for the theme to get it for free, so stop lying.
The PayPal will be closed at the end of the month and you’ll get your money back. As for the theme, it works perfectly as per the demo, and read the refund policy, as this is not a site to get free stuff!

The price for it will be $300 via PayPal. It will take me two business days, just to let you know, and you’ll have the same thing/pages/images, etc, a clone but as an HTML template. The only thing that will not be it’s the responsive menu as I’m using a plugin for that purpose. 3. Permalinks it’s a default WordPress thing, not a theme option or a featured.

I am considering buying but description lacks any info on ad sense monetisation. Are there AD positions in theme, where and what dimensions? This is a deal breaker for me.

Maybe you are using an Ad blocker ( even with an Ad blocker the ads+size from the demo are visible). Also, you can add as many ads you want in the sidebars, as you do with any WordPress theme that has or doesn’t have ads.

Sorry, no admin/backend demo ( for security reasons, public access to a WordPress administrator account is not quite safe and you’ll be able to download the theme), you can do a Google search for that.
The theme will work as per the demo, anything else will require some custom work or plugins with the functionality you are looking for.

Is there an option that user can register and then submit recipe, could he chose if its video or classic recipe with photos only, can he post url of video in submit form? Is the recipe form structured according to shema.org so it could be expected the recipes to be well presented in google result pages? Well its all pre sales questions.. As I understood, there is no option of having registered users, but any anonymous visitor of site can upload recipe with video link? Just, can’t see how?... Author URL or some other line in submitting form?
Adding an embed is a default WordPress function, take a look https://anthemes.d.pr/x6wpEA so you can add an Youtube link and the embed will be displayed.
